I don’t quiet get the average reviews for this place.

I went here on 2 March and the man that look my blood was great. Really fast service, friendly and great.

No issues - good location located on level 8.

It was pleasant experience with Thompson. She’s very kind and gave me an enough information to comfort me, - I learnt a lot and even didn’t sting! She’s excellent👍🏻 Was there for take blood test on Wednesday 12/07 which is yesterday, and my needle wound is clean already! Took 2little bottle from me, but I was okay unusually 🤣. Individual cubicle provide enough privacy as it closes tightly with proper door, and when I was there fairly quiet. Other lady in there also kind as she offer a sweet to patron since it’s lunch time. Thank you Thompson. Highly recommend!

Professional and friendly team but a real shame they have changed their hours and without advice to regular patients. The city needs a place with early start time.

I’ve been to this site many times between 2020-2022. The service had always been very good. Fast, even if there are a couple of people waiting the wait time is reasonable. Friendly staff and they help you feel calm.
There was one instance the clinic was closed during business hours without notice but just walked to the another site nearby.

Had a very good experience. Luckily no wait time at 9am during the week. The nurse was very nice and took the time to find my tricky veins.

No waiting time, got in almost straight away. The nurse was very friendly and found a vein straight away. The whole process was totally painless.

Long wait even though there were only two people ahead in the line. The staff was nice and kind.

Be prepared for very long wait times if you coming during lunchtime on a weekday. There seems to only be one pathologist on duty then.

I only one negative experience with a temp and didn’t allow her to draw blood. Otherwise, for many years the staff have been great.

Edit to add that today was not great!

I came here for a pre booked blood test and had to wait for more than an hour this morning. There is only one lady who is doing the test but the wait is outrageous. Surely they should have more people in the peak times at the least. I was here from 8.20am till 9.50am. The staff is friendly but frustrating that it takes this long.

Arrived at 12:10, for a multi blood test fasted for 8hrs... no one arrived, office was empty even until 1:10pm.. ran late for all other appointments, cant take food or drink until i get tested.. tried three other clinics nearby, also closed without notice. Huge issue for people if they cant access basic health services, had to cancel other health appointments, stop medication, stop eating for these tests.. unacceptable to have misleading operating hours

Waited thirty minutes from 7.30, nobody went in or came out of the rooms in that time.

have done NIPT test for $425, when registered ticked all the boxes for SCA and Monosomy tests too. When got results they didn't do those tests saying it was not requested which is not true. Quite disappointing service
