We have been with ASP for many years and cannot fault the help and advice they have given us. If it were not for their expertise and guidance we would not be where we are today financially. Matt is very understanding and explains everything in simple terms, we know we can contact him whenever we need advise. We are now in the process of having our first investment property built and Kostas is excellent in keeping us informed of the progress and providing us with photographs.

Well, Ive never really been able to grasp personal budgeting or investment strategies properly, and to tell you the truth its always been a stressful topic to discuss with the family. That was until we met with Matt and Kosta.. From the get go, they both came across as genuinely wanting the best for us and really listened to what we had to say. Yes we have committed quite a few hours to meetings and strategy planning, but is our families future and quality of life not worth the time?? So after finding out how best we felt comfortable to invest, they did all the hard yards behind the scenes and came up with a strategy, that to be honest, we are absolutely delighted with! My wife probably wont read this so I can safely say, that it was quite hard work trying to get her to participate in this whole process, as she rather I made these decisions for us all. But it didn't take long for her to realize that both Kosta and Matt were genuinely interested in providing us with a better future, and did it all in a friendly yet professional manner. Yarnish Geerdharry and his team at ASP have been extremely helpful. Yarnish and team have explained things to us in a way we can understand, they have made us feel very comfortable and they have assisted us with loans, debit consolidation, superannuation and insurance, among other things. I wanted to see about securing a better outcome for our future but was very hesitant - actually very embarrassed that I had left it so long to do anything. Thomas was very patient and explained things to me so I understood, and didnt make me feel like an idiot for leaving it so long. I can honestly say that I am overjoyed in the outcome as our future is looking a lot better now. If anyone is contemplating their financial future, I would recommend them whole heartedly.

We were told we would have a lifetime of financial assistance and investment advice with WPS then Anne street partners. We instead still own a property that has not had any capital growth in 8 years and was for most of the time valued well below our purchase price. They advised people to buy into areas that would be flooded with rentals and were not good areas to expect capital growth from. Very disappointed as they promoted themselves to us as investors for busy mums and dads who knew little about investing. I will know better next time.

Sold me a property for 435k in craigieburn. Median house price increased >10% in 4 years of ownership. Sold for 420k. Only logical reasoning is I was overcharged on original purchase. Called them and used their independent complaints process. No logical reasoning given. No offer to buy it back, no original staff left. Early adopters in the scam sector. Only gave 1star as there is no lower ranking. BEWARE

I am was long term "client" of ASP and previously WPS. I use the title client loosely as I haven't heard from them for over 12 months. I declined my advisor's advice to hand over my superannuation along with my partners superannuation, to ASP to be rolled into a SMSF which ASP would then manage on our behalf. I wasn't happy with the fine print and was very concerned about putting all our super into an investment property and the remaining super into a managed shares account (once again managed by ASP! Guess what more fees collected by them!) I was not happy with the risk we were taking and my questions about these risks being sugar coated by our advisor. 12 months after this our advisor calls us to arrange a phone consultation rather than the usual face to face meeting which we had every other year. I was informed by our advisor that the financial plan from the previous year had not changed. When I declined the plan again, our advisor became angry with me. Our advisor informed me that I was going to living in poverty in my old age because I would not follow the ASP superannuation plan.
No contact since that phone call which was over 12 months ago now. We blindly followed ASP advise and purchased an over priced rental property from them which had never performed as well as ASP predicted.
ASP is a company that uses the same "script" and sales pitch for each client. There is nothing individual about their advise. This is a sales company.
For the record if ASP call me about this review, I will not be handing over my superannuation to you!
Buyer Beware! This company is concerned about their profits and not your future.

Unfortunately for my wife and myself, we have been let down greatly by Anne Street. Bad advise about an investment through our SMSF,ridiculously high quarterly charges for doing absolutely nothing , lack of communication on development of said investment property & then complete and utter lack of involvement and accountability regarding the retrieval of our monies from the shonky builder they employed.
It has up to date been an 18 month ordeal and still no firm response from anyone at Anne Street.
The massive turnover of staff, the lack of experience of said staff and the inability for anyone to answer their phones or reply to messages is ridiculous.
We began all those years ago with WPS which was great , but unfortunately once Anne Street took over the business has rapidly gone on a downwards spiral.
I strongly advise anyone looking to begin a relationship with Anne Street to look at other companies immediately and save themselves the impending heartaches that will surely follow. They are strictly a business that is in it for themselves and not their customers. Once something becomes too difficult for them to handle they will throw you in the scrapheap and treat you and your spouse as though you don't exist.

Never heard from them. And when I did, it was always someone new/different. They applied on my behalf for a property that was a flop and never even checked if my credit rating was good!

Extremely disappointed as they have gone into receivership and didn't let us know. Took our money.
