Commonwealth Bank Brighton Branch

Have been going to the Church St branch for years because of the helpful, knowledgeable & courteous staff. Even under the pressures of Covid they were patient & helpful with even prickly customers. Well done to the team & my (tactfully unnamed) favourite people who are great professionals.

The lady on the front desk here is so nice and professional. Must be a difficult job keeping everyone happy, seems a busy branch, but she couldn't have been more pleasant and efficient at the end of a long day.

Took my disabled client here to get some help with his account. Staff called Arty was extremely helpful, lovely and efficient. All needs were taken care of easily and speedily.

I had a very good experience in this branch, despite the restrictions due to covid and them being short staffed they have attended to my request in a timely manner, very polite and helpful, there was young guy who was attending to my request ( I wish I would remember his name). he was so helpful, polite and understanding and carefully took care of every step of the tasks and even fixed the issues that was from before and related to another branch, thank you all

I have no clue how the rating was 4.1 not only worst branch Ive been to, but legit worst and least trained bank Ive used. I will be transferring out of Commonwealth bank due to their growing incompetencies.

consistently half training staff, leading the customers to be more knowledgeable then the people you've hired. 30mins wait to get assistance to change a NetBank password is honestly proof of incompetence with such a basic task.
