The room was very grubby, mouldy bathroom no windows at all, and one of the doors had had a hole in it and it was just plastered up, we booked 4 bedrooms which we got but only 3 of the beds had a doona on them, the others just sheets. there was also only one key for the room.

SCAM ALERT

My partner and I booked 2 months in advance and received confirmations online with our bookings. Only to find out 1 hou before check in our booking had been cancelled due to overcapacity. Had to pay an arm and a leg for last minute bookings. 60+ plus unanswered calls to the hotel with no such signs of refunds. Will be taking further to ombudsmen and consumer affairs. Dodgy business.

(Warning do not stay) Absolutely disgraceful we booked & paid 3 months before our stay and they canceled the night before saying "guests were staying longer" which was obviously not true! It was grand final weekend, all about the extra money!! NEVER EVER STAY THERE. They will steal your money and think they can get away with it. When trying to call they don't answer and leave you on voicemail. This was also booked through qantas and we were quite disappointed in the accomodation.. if you want your money taken this is the place to go.

One of the members of our party had to attend a funeral and was unable to arrive with the rest of the party. We couldn't access the unit until they arrived as it was in their name.

All this meant was despite paying for the apartment we had to wait on the street until about 10pm.

Pretty poor customer service.
