Georgia has always been extremely helpful, sorting out our slightly complex international tax issues with ease. All the staff have been very polite and have helpfully reminded me when it is time to do my tax returns, as I am notoriously absentminded!

Terrible customer service. Would give a lower score if I could. A good friend of mine referred us to a specific accountant at that firm as our business expanded interstate.

After calling 3 times and leaving a message - they never got back to me. On the 4th attempt the receptionist Nina (who was lovely btw) passed me over to another staff member (Lisa or Isla couldn’t hear her name properly ) who basically interrogated me she asked me rudely why I wanted to speak to George. For accounting services obviously and something I don’t want to share with everyone at the firm. It seems I’m not the only one who has had a similar experience.

To bad for them because we would have been a major account. Whoever the directors are should find out who this sassy staff member is and maybe give her some training on how to deal with potential clients.

If I could give these people a minus in customer service, I would. They are rude, greedy, discourteous, unhelpful and do not return calls. Absolute insolence at it's best. I was a client for over 20 years previously and would now recommend people keep away from them. What a shame they have destroyed what was once a respectable and upright business. Shame on you.

Absolutely rip off and terrible customer service. The greed is over whelming. Gabriel and co is not an accounting firm I would recommend at all.
