REV Electric Bikes

Rev Electric recently upgraded my disc brakes from 2 to 4 pistons as my very heavy ebike came with pretty average calipers. They also modified it from dual to triple batteries for added range. In both cases Rebecca and her mechanics were very knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive in their advice and interactions with me. Manuel and Guy did an incredible job with the work itself and went above and beyond with organising components and wiring etc. Rebecca exemplifies what a local bike shop owner is supposed to be and is clearly passionate and caring about biking and really looked after my needs. I’ve gone through. any bike shops and REV us by far the best and I’ll be coming back here fir all my servicing. Very highly recommended you meet the staff here!!

Couple more upgrades - 46T chain ring to make this green beast faster... and new brake rotors install to match asthetics of my eMTB - both done on same day super-super fast while I had a coiuple coffees.. How outstanding is that?!!

Six months of riding, including some loaded tours. The bike never misses a beat and I'm very happy with it. (2024 update). Really appreciate the excellent maintenance. After the motor grease it goes much better. I’m 71 and have seen a lot of bike shops but Rev is by far the best I have encountered.

Rebecca is awesome! She put together the bike configuration my wife & I requested. The Recumbent bikes are great. Wendy is back riding after bit having the balance fit standard bikes anymore. The first service had now been done & everything is tight and ready to ride again.

Ageing has slowed me, and my favourite hybrid bike was lying idle while I favoured lighter bikes. Rebecca (AKA RevBecca) was great at explaining conversion options and the associated costs. The bike that took me from Wodonga to Bairnsdale via Omeo can now do the trip again, even on the day that requires 108km and 1800 metres of climbing.

I had a conversion kit added to my recumbent Greenspeed handtrike. Rebekah was so helpful and enthusiastic, online and in person. The conversion has really changed my enjoyment of the trike. I can go further, my partner doesn't have to help me at steep points, I feel safer in traffic because of the boost. Just far more independence. Have just been for a trip to the High Country, cycling from the top of Mt Buffalo to Myrtleford, with battery still half-full at the end. Highly recommended.

Rebecca was so lovely, she took me on a ride to show me a different type of e-bike, with different speeds. I would definitely go back and get it or electrify my vintage one.

Extremely happy with the conversion of my bike to electric. REV have a great deal of experience and knowledge and were excellent to deal with.

I bought a REVelo Mid drive bike, with a discount as it had been a demonstrator. It has been great for riding the hilly terrain where I live, and more comfortable than a road bike. I haven't ridden it to battery exhaustion, but it looks like the quoted expected range is a bit conservative. Before buying, I was able to test ride along the railway cycle path to Blackburn & back. I didn't think there would be much in the way of hills along the railway, but there actually are a few - not long ones, but steep enough to get a feel for what the battery boost can do.

I had my normal bike electrified and an existing ebike upgraded. I highly recommend REV bikes for their high quality products and excellent customer service.

Rebecca was incredibly approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Her team did a great job in converting my old bike - and for a lower price than a less communicative competitor.

Rev Bikes offer excellent service and product. I have a commuter bike converted and maintained by REV. Hamed and Bec provide full service for my bike, and the works completed are thorough and accurate. My bike never misses a beat after nearly 6000kms. If you're interested in converting your bike into an e-bike, it will be money well spent.

Thanks for fault finding my battery charging issue I’ve had for sometime, fixing it so promptly and under warranty too. The service you did on my bike has made it feel like a brand new bike again! Great friendly customer service, we really appreciated it.

A big thanks to REV bikes for transforming my tired old bike to a 5 star cruiser ! . It’s early days yet and I haven’t done a big ride but managed to do a 25 km shakedown ride yesterday and the performance was awesome. The service at REV bikes was exceptional from start to finish. Rebecca was a wonderful help with all my stupid questions. Her patience and understanding of my requirements was spot on. She even let me ride not one but two different bikes on my first presentation to the store in Nunawading. Update from my initial post.
As of September 2022:
I have now completed 2000km of trouble free riding on my REV bike conversion. The battery is excellent and all parts are working brilliantly. ( I have changed the chain though ). I am getting over 100km on a single charge and I’m still thrilled with its performance.

I recently had my pedal bike converted over to an electric assist bike by REV Bikes in Nunawading, it has made my cycling experience so much more enjoyable especially on hills.

Rebecca and Kate were fantastic our whole experience with Rev Bikes has been amazing. Their customer service skills are excellent, as is their knowledge of converting standard bikes to electric assisted bikes.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rev Bikes to anyone considering converting their existing pedal bike to an electric bike. REV Bikes extensive knowledge in this field and their customer care and after sales service is excellent. You can deal with them in confidence.

I wanted to upgrade my old bike & not buy another bike, and from my initial contact with Rebecca on the phone I knew I had found the right place. Rebecca was great at explaining the upgrade options, the technical stuff & costs which gave me confidence they know what they are doing. Once I had the trial ride I was happy to proceed knowing what I was getting. I am looking forward to my newly transformed bike transforming my riding habits. A big thanks to the REV Bikes team.

Just clicked over 16,300km on my converted Giant bike and I haven't had a single problem with it since having it done three-and-a-half years ago. The bike has been totally reliable and the REV service and advice has been simply outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really appreciate the thorough, clean and professional job by Hamed and Rebecca to replace my old forks on my fat bike with some plush front shocks. The new ride is so much more comfortable. Great service.
