Waiting 15-30 minutes applicable if you are early to the clinic. After 10 am mostly 3 to 5 people at a time.

Recently I needed to organise a 24hr monitoring test, I spoke to Alex on the phone and she couldn not have been lovelier or more helpful! She was very kind when I first called & the earliest availability they had was 2 weeks away, so she made me an appointment for their 1st availability & gave me a number to another clinic that may have been able to book me in sooner (which they did). When I called back the next day to cancel my appointment she was equally as fantastic!

I've been here on multiple occasions for blood tests, ecg's, etc. Maybe I'm just lucky but I've never experienced a long wait time, if any at all, everytime the staff have always been so patient & nice!

Not sure why other reviews were so negative. First time here. Was a great experience. Staff communicated effectively. The only issue was finding where to pick up a numbered card to get in line.

I have tricky veins and I dread having my blood taken because it’s always a drama . However the nurses at Clayton are very gentle and experienced and get it done with no hassle. Thankyou

Convenieny location, finding parking may be a hassle but great staff.

Always had good service from Dorevitch, Clayton. If you pick your time, you don't need to wait a long time. I have never, ever found the nurses rude. They are working under trying conditions during this pandemic, and if young men cannot be patient, well too bad.

During my pregnancy
I did my first blood test here to confirm my hcg level =early pregnancy
Then i checked my pee and lots of blood items here to confirm my hcg is growing smoothly and well
Yesterday i did my glucose tolerance test here
The nurses here are friendly and kind
This is the closest pathology to my house so that if i don't feeling like driving, i can just have a walk to here
If u wanna do an earlier blood test at half past 7am, u could head to clinical lab at princes hwy, just near autobarn and opposite to m-city
Here it opens at 8am
If u need to fast and hold your first pee for your blood and urine test
U can try 7. 30 opening clinical lab near mcity
In a nutshell, i will always come back here again

Extremely rude nurses, complained I was causing one of them breathing problems because she is allergic to the smell of aftershave. Perhaps wrong profession for her !
The other one was extremely curt when someone arrived without a mask, obviously didn’t know masks were required. A simple “sorry, but you need a mask to attend”, instead of the nasty tone that was used.
People attending are ill, that’s why they are there, so they don’t need to be addressed in an abrasive manner.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED..... Ridiculous nurses extremely rude careless attitude. I was at the clinic at 8.30am to do bloodtest and glucose test. Waited for 1.5 hours and turned me away saying they were closing in 1.5 hours. The pathology was poorly staffed and extremely extremely slow took 10 numbers in 1.5 hours. Even forgot to call my number. No communication in the pathology about the requirements of the test when questioned they had a signage in the nurse room instead of in the waiting area. Dont want to ever go there....

Arrived today at 4:30pm when closing time is advertised as 5pm. Nobody else there when we arrived. When I needed to call my doctor and get the email resent the nurse went into a panic and told me she was closing the doors at 4:45 so she could clean up and go home at 5pm, so she would not wait for my doctor, even though it took only 5 mins (before 4:45) to rectify. Dreadful service!!!!!

Waited 40 mins for them to tell me they couldn’t do a certain blood test for me as there is a major shortage of certain tubes but called every other centre around Clayton and they had heaps and other centres extremely helpful

Zero stars I got my results after 2 weeks. They are still in 19 th century.
