United Petroleum Hampton Park (Pie Face)

I recently stopped at this United petrol station and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The store was clean, well-maintained and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick especially the Manager was so attentive and was making sure everything is going well. I also appreciated the convenience store's variety of snacks and drinks. Overall, it was a great pit stop during my journey.

Place is really convenient and it’s always easy to enter and exit on my way to office. Most of days starts from here with a nice fresh and warm cup of coffee. Pies and donuts are so yum and fresh. Excellent customer service. The manager and the staff is wonderful, always give priority to the customers. And the store is so tidy and clean. Will definitely be back for those yummy donuts.

Go there to fill Diesel and have coffee, the staff and the manager are very polite and helpful. Wishing them all the best to run a successful business.

I have used this servo regularly since the last few months.. the guy at the counter... not sure his name karthik....i think.. so helpful... i had my car broken down the first time at his servo, he was so helpful...

The place is very clean, neat and in very organized. The manager is very friendly attentive and helping us around.

Spending over $300 in fuel for a total driving time of about 8 hours is a bit crazy but 24/7 servos are always a welcome sight at 3 am

I got drawn in by the Pie Face banner in the front, which said award-winning, or something like that. I’m not some kind of pie connoisseur but I think they taste pretty good. The faces that get drawn on top of the pies are cool. The new aunty who works there is super nice too. Never had any problems.

The PIEFACE Lamb Sausage Roll is sensational, at $6.50 it would want to.

Diesel pump guns need to be regularly cleaned like the servo on the opposite side of the road.

This United is always dirty and coffee machines are not maintained well.

I went 9 Dec 2023 around midday, pretty quiet. The attendant was just sitting at the registers and could have easily emptied the coffee grounds container and cleaned up the bench. I have noticed that whenever this man is on, the service station is always in this state.

One time I came in before a night shift and there were no coffee beans so I asked him if he can please refill it, he told me they don’t have beans left. Fair enough.

One time I came in and there was a line for the coffee machine and the coffee grounds container need emptying. I went ahead and did it and I overheard him ‘oh she’s done it’ and laughed.

This petrol station is not open even after 5am. You trying tell us it should be open 24 hrs. Good jokes.
