So unbelievably impressed with the customer service from Christine today.
I had emailed a question and a favour to work out sizing for some pants and shortly after o received a reply email and phone call to have it all sorted out with no issues at all.
Also, in my delivery, there were some little chocolate treats in there as well.

Good & friendly service big range not only for snow.staff.very helpful.

XTM Torquay got amazing deals; and lots of different variety of snow gears.
If I could put 10 out of 5 stars for the superb customer service from Jarrad, I would. He’s very knowledgable, like literally knows every detail of XTM items and 100% friendly. I think he deserve a promotion and a raise.

Amazing! I recently purchased a jacket online from XTM. It arrived a few days later. And in a compostable mail bag. The product is very high quality (wildcat fleece) definitely recommend

Absolutely disgusting..I was at anaconda eastern creek last week and their rep was in there counting stock.

This thing was a tall man in a skirt, with make up, an Adams apple like a bowling ball...and shoulders like an NRL player. Insanity. I'd never buy that brand in my life. Not with freak reps like that delivering stock that I have to touch. No thanks.
