Made a purchase from here that required to be refunded/swapped for a different size due to a size purchase mistake on my behalf! The staff were so incredibly awesome to deal with, and facilitated a swap ASAP.

The quality of the alias mae “quinn” shoes i purchased was amazing! they were so comfy and such great quality.

With a discount code i was also able to get them for cheaper than the original retailer!! WIN!!

Absolutely love the brands and quality of the items this store sells! Beautiful, high end clothes, Devine homewares and jewellery and even grab a yummy coffee and treat! My fave place to visit when on surf coast!

The clothes are really nice but staff could assist in styling items that would work for your frame. I found it hard to find an item to fit my petite frame.
Also don’t try calling ahead or calling if there’s a problem with your online order. The call diverts and then you leave a message that isn’t returned.
I think the staff may not realise this so I’ve mentioned it here in case it’s an issue with their phone.

Beautiful store with amazing items from good brands like Kip & Co & Society of Wanderers. Furniture was lovely too, although I cannot help but think most of it is very overpriced. Take your wallet.
