Ignore these (probably fake) negative reviews - These guys were nothing but the best from the get go right till my rig arriving.

James from the sales department put up with over 100 questions from me over several indecisive weeks of me going back and forward as I decided on what build I wanted.

After I placed my order, it took not even 7 days before it arrived at my house. I've gone through some tests (checking temps, cabling etc) and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

The CPU fan was connected properly (I read a couple of reviews saying this was an issue which is extremely unlikely), the games I've tested are running at the FPS they should be and the aesthetics of the machine are exactly what I wanted. Looking at the cabling, I'm happy with the cable management as well.

I've built many a rig in my time, so it was good to find a mob like these guys who could keep the prices down and deliver a quality product.

Full props to the staff for having the patience to answer about hundred emails from me over the course of a few weeks. I bought a bunch of parts to build a PC, and i bought every part through them (except for one piece that i bought elsewhere cos they don't stock Be Quiet stuff). They've got some of the best prices on the market, and they're also willing price match something that is cheaper somewhere else. That - combined with the email responsiveness - made it a safe & easy choice to buy everything through them.

My only criticism is that the website said one of the items was in stock when it wasn't. But it was resolved pretty quick. No regrets

I purchased a prebuilt computer recently and opted to have a number of upgrades done to it. I was expecting to be waiting a couple weeks, but was pleasantly surprised when I got an email 3 days later saying it was ready for collection.

When I went to collect from their warehouse the service in store was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the showroom looked amazing.

As for the PC itself, I’ve been absolutely chuffed with it. No complaints whatsoever. It’s been very well put together, very neat cable managing and is just a delight to look at. Great attention to detail. Performance-wise, everything is working and running as it should. It was ready to go right out of the box, the only thing I had to do was activate windows, which took about 30 seconds and was simply a matter of entering a code.

I have to admit that some other reviews had me a little nervous as this was my first time hearing about and purchasing from this company, but since there are more positive reviews than negative I took a chance anyway, and I am honestly so happy that I did. The computer I received is not something I could have gotten for the this price anywhere else. Computers with the same specs as mine easily are retailing for $3000-$4000+, I had this beauty built for half of that. I would 100% recommend these guys, and will definitely be making more purchases myself in the future.

I've just recently purchased a Gigabyte M32Q Gaming Monitor for the home office. Went with BPC Tech as they were local to my work and their pricing was the best I could find online.

I Had some quality issues with the monitor and contacted the staff at BPC tech. What a refreshing change to get an email back within the hour!

I Arranged to bring the monitor back in for them to look at and within a short time they had me leaving with a replacement. Simple and quick.

I buy a lot of tech, a lot.. And i know from experience the run around you can get from these places. This has honestly been one of the best experiences I've had from a tech reseller in a very long time.

Great service like this along with competitive prices will have me coming back time and time again!

walked in and they looled after us and answered all my son's questions. came out having bought a PC. great service and prompt build, ready for pick up. Have had questions post purchase and still really helpful! 2 months in and great product.

Bought a headset from this place online.
At first I was iffy as I was unfamiliar with this store and it was 1-2 days behind schedule.

When I called up they were able to answer my questions and resolved my issues. The headset were windows modern wireless and it was carefully delivered to me by Aus post incl signature. The price was good whilst everyone else was sold out.

I saw someone recently write a bad review regarding computer delivery delay.

Their website does give people a heads up that there were delays in computer deliveries recently.

Very happy with how quickly my NVMe arrived.
Turns out there was a duplicate sent & charged for.
A return was quickly arranged and I was refunded quickly as well.

First time I have used this business and it was great experience. Had to use them as they were one of the handful of businesses stocking a particular component I was after.

Website was very easy to use and provided a much more enjoyable user experience than most other IT hardware resellers.

Payment was easy and all done via the website and the order was shipped promptly. Have added them to my collection of options when sourcing IT parts and will definitly use them again. Highly recommended.

I made the mistake of going to the store before placing a Click & Collect, gave them a call and they quickly got everything together after I placed the order out the front. It only took them 20 minutes and had everything together and brought it right out to my car. They had no obligation to do this at all.

Bought the Kraken Power 3070 build. They use quality parts, reasonable building time, best price in Australia, highly recommend. It will be better if we can have the option to upgrade motherboards and PSU.

Really nice staff

1st time buyer from Sydney, and I feel happy with the service. Received the PC after 14 days of order, and i can see the team even helped on flashing the latest version of Bios for me. The cable management is good, and the device was well packaged which made it not hurt during the shipping. Got the original box of 4070TI, and the box of motherboard and cpu is not there (maybe because they are not that expensive haha). Lower price whole computer than others which made me buy from BPC, and it is a happy purchasing experience so far.

Incredible customer service. Slight mixup with one of my orders, but my email was responded to quickly by James which ensured it was processed. Speed and professionalism from James and the company was outstanding, regardless of initial mixup. Great service from Melb to Sydney, would highly recommend.
