Service wise is the worse BMW. But price wise is the best

My car ran into some issues so I made a visit to get it checked out - and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You'd think that a brand like BMW would have high standards, but it was like there were no standards at all. Their "Diagnosis system" would constantly and incrementally update with irrevelant fixes that got more and more expensive. Initially, I was given an invoice of $4,785 to fix the main problem that I went to BMW to get fixed, so I authorised the job. Later, however, the description of the initial job changed, and I was then sent another invoice for an extra $25,334.85 for the main problem that I thought I already paid for. It was a very unprofessional and shady system. If they gave me the total invoice at the start, I would've been able to make a decision on whether I thought the cost was worth it or not. Also, when I went back to fight this case with evidence, the manager tried to appease me by offering me discounts - unbelievable.
When I went back to take the car, I sent a message asking to reassemble all the car parts as it was before the "service", but of course they left everything disassembled, with hundreds of parts chucked in a box and the boot.
