Best KFC in the area by far and much better than KFC Springvale which has really gone downhill the past few years!

90% of my experiences at this KFC have been great; the order is made accurately and the food is normally piping hot (which is actually really surprising!). Even when I’ve come at 9:30 pm which is 30 minutes before their closing time on weekdays the food tastes like it’s been freshly made! Management here as well as the workers clearly have really good heads on their shoulders and actually care about their work, which is something that seems to be becoming rarer these days.

Service is efficient and friendly, most of the time they put the napkins in the bag (although they could put the receipt in the bag too as they don’t about 60-70% of the time). Sometimes the Crunchy Jalapeño Slaw Bowl is filled really poorly (like 1/2 to 2/3 full) and the chips are broken on purpose, it would be good if more care could be put into that food item for consistency.

If you guys were open later into the night I’m sure you’d still have customers, I’d visit that’s for sure! Can’t wait for my next visit where I’ll be taking advantage of the $1 Wicked Wings again! I ❤ you KFC Glen Waverley!

We haven't got the chance to order because of extreme weather powercut. But it's very nice of them to offer free water bottles. Thanks to the whole team for your good heart ❤.

This place is great, been coming here for a couple years and the staff members have always been so kind and accommodating. Manager Liz was very passionate and kind when i asked for help figuring out the best thing to order that had all the chicken types that i wanted. Staff on front member was very fast packing and was very tasty chicken.

I visited this location today and ordered some chicken pieces and noticed the quality difference here compared to several other locations in my local area. The chicken was fried perfectly using newer oil. After owned and operated a fish & chip shop I notice differences in oil quality. Definitely give this place a go because often I buy kfc and the food quality is not comparable.

After being disappointed time and time again getting our KFC fix, we wanted to give this store a try. We are so glad we did! All of the spicy chicken pieces were crispy. The zinger was fresh, the right amount of lettuce, supercharged sauce and bacon. If you’ve wanted to try KFC again this would be the place. Faith in KFC’s food quality restored 👍

All food came out hot, and burgers were well put together and nice pieces or chicken.
I only did drive through.
We did have to wait a couple of minutes( maybe 2) as we ordered a large amount of nuggets, however it wasn't that long (shorter than the estimated time the lovely girl at the window said) who was also very lovely, happy and chirpy, and extremely apologetic for our short wait too. Not somewhere I have been before or generally go to, but I was happy with their great all round service.

A big shout out to Adlene (not sure if spelt correctly!) who finished up from here last week. An absolute champion of Customer Service. Kind, Generous and always willing to listen and help any way possible. All the best to her, Adam (duty manager) and the team!

Zinger Burger we had here was quite juicy which is not very common in most KFCs. I’d say it’s good for a quick meal.

Kudos to Vihan (in photo) who offered great service. Very busy during lunch period and waiting period is long but his effervescent smiles and politeness make up for it.

We went through Drive in just before closing time last night, and even though we would have been their last customers, were welcomed with a smile by the young guy taking payment and the other guy handing over the meal. Well done guys, sorry we were so late, but more than impressed with your excellent service.

On Friday 14th July my partner and I decided to go to KFC - Glen Waverley / Ferntree Gully and we used the application to get an offer - Zinger Bacon and Cheese Burger Box with Hot and Crispy Regular and a Burger Combo Regular with Two Mountain Dews. We met Mia and she was friendly, had good customer service skills and organised for our food to be fresh as well. We enjoyed our food here. This is the first time we came to this location as well. We would highly recommend this store.

Chicken is always cooked perfectly at this store cos every thing is new. My favourite KFC store.

The times I've gone through the drive-thru the staff have always been friendly, the order has been correct and pretty quick service.

Talha was very helpful on my last visit, I don't get kfc very often and this young man helped me through picking items on the menu and genuinely made my day

The restaurant is always clean in the customer area and kitchen and the staff are friendly. Food quality is better than other KFC locations.

Just received a snap chat 1 year ago memory showing myself chowing down in some kfc then realised how impeccable my service was on that day really left me with a happy ending. Tom R was doing great services and complied to all my wants and needs
