I have been looking everywhere for a marcasite bracelet to wear to my son’s wedding. I found Loona and was amazed at the sheer number of beautiful bracelets available! The problem then changed from “does it even exist?” to ‘how do I choose?”
I sent an enquiry email via the website and received a response the same day via email. Sahil also sent me photos of his recommendations and we then spoke on the phone. He offered to bring in 3 bracelets of my choice (obligation free) to look at and then decide.
I met with him, and he was very patient while I tried them on and finally made my decision. I could not be happier with my choice, and will wear it with pride on my son’s big day.
