Where do I start! So many good things to say on my first experience with Smokemart & Giftbox Kilmore.

Adriana and Karen are the single most caring and helpful people I’ve encountered as a consumer. Adriana went above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service showing me exactly what’s on sale and extra availability on stock. Adriana offered service with a smile and helped me a lot with my Christmas shopping. Adriana was so patient with me as no request was too hard. Lifting shop displays to grab me a new boxes item even though I said not to worry as it was a very difficult request.

Karen was absolutely lovely! A kind heart and gentle soul who consistently goes out of her way to make sure every customer is greeted and looked after. A very rare thing to see in customer service now days!

Adriana was so kind to grab me a trolley to carry my new speaker and party games! These two girls are the most incredible team duo when it comes to customer service! Well done and I’ll definitely be returning again!

I just want to mention how wonderful and friendly the staff are at kilmore Adriana and Karen, they go out of their way to have a smile on their face and when I'm feeling miserable they always listen and I leave with a smile on my face., will shop here again

Awesome gift range and friendly staff

Very friendly people, however I purchased an item today that was $25. When I got to the car, I saw a sticker underneath showing $20. I was pretty disappointed by this…

I’ve purchased 2 bad drip vapes on 2 seperate occasions totalling at $70 and neither of the vapes will charge and have gone flat after hardly any use
