The medical team here is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. While my psychiatrist suggested an indefinite referral, Dr. Ma, with practical insight, recommended a yearly referral, highlighting the financial benefits with Medicare rebates. Grateful for the clear communication that not only aids my well-being but also supports me financially.

I highly recommend Mount Waverley Medical Centre. It was my first time to the centre and I will continue to go to the centre going forward. The staff are the nicest medical staff I have ever interacted with, Jay is the most beautiful, caring lady. Doctor Ma is wonderful, very through, caring, warm and very professional. The centre itself is clean and smells beautiful, with easy and free parking, affordable treatments for a wide range of services. I will recommend Mount Waverley Medical Centre to family and friends. This is my go to GP at all times.

Dr Ma is the best GP you could ever asked for. She indeed cares about her patients. I have chronic conditions, and She always takes her time to explain my symptoms to me, ask how I feel, making suggestions, and it makes me so calm and relaxed talking to her.

I occasionally attend Dr Li s appointment, and she is very nice, patience, friendly, and helpful, she always great me with a big smile and asked “ so, how can I help you today?”.

I could also understand why do I have to wait a bit for my appointments. This is a very busy clinic with many patients. And sometimes I asked many questions(and that could be “ annoying or paranoid? ) but the doctors are such good listeners and they truly want to listen to me, maybe that is why my session is a bit too long and the patient next to me has to wait a bit longer today. However, I am also happy to wait a bit longer, so patients in front of me can be comforted and helped.

Very thankful to have Dr ma and Dr li in the community.

My whole family have been treated by Dr Wei Ma at this Clinic for several years. We find her to be extremely diligent, friendly and shows empathy during our visits. Could not recommend her more especially with 2 young children. She is never keeps us waiting and we have always found the Reception team (only ever had ladies) to be very friendly and efficient on our visits.

Di Li is the best GP I’ve ever seen at any clinic. She has helped me with a injury when I had to see her daily for a couple of weeks. Every single time she was trying to understand exactly the daily developments, she gave such good advice and helped me get back to normal quickly. She put in effort most GP’s I’ve had in the past would not have.

The clinic wait times are not long, staff are nice.

This is such a wonderful local medical centre! They always fit you in for an appointment even when they are very busy. The reception is lovely and all the doctors are great. I have been seeing Dr Ma for about 2 years and she is wonderful, very kind and informative. Dr Ma was my GP during my pregnancy and now looks after my daughter too who just turned 7 months. Thanks for being a great medical centre :)

I was able to book online for a same day appointment, bulk billed. I only had a minor issue, but Dr Ma was so lovely and empathetic, and made me feel very comfortable.

I went on a Saturday morning and waited for about 20 mins after my appointment time - but I’ve never been to a doctor’s appointment that actually started on time and this could be considered one of the shorter waits hahaha.

All in all, a great experience :)

We moved into the area earlier this year and I was looking for a bulk billing doctor near me. This one showed up but I admit the reviews didn’t impress me. I took a punt anyway and glad I did. Thankfully, when I showed up for my appointment I didn’t have to wait long. I saw Dr Ma who was courteous, professional and efficient. Exactly what I’d want from a GP. I got my blood test done on the spot too. Was told results would take 2-3 business days, but it was ready the next day! Dr Ma took me through my results. The next steps to improving my health have been very smooth. Not sure what’s going on with other reviewers but my experience has been excellent.

Dr Ma and staff are very friendly. Dr Ma is professional and thorough with care heart and attention. She is not like some GPs just rush patients out of the door. She takes time to listen and explain. My family members are all happy with the services, and we have been with Dr Ma since the clinic opened.

Dr. Wei Ma treats you like you are her family. Calm voice, extremely polite, caring, and you get the positive vibe from her.

Bulk billing medical centre, and Prep is also prescribed for free if you have a Medicare card. The doctor will ask you to undergo some STI / STD test before they can prescribe prep for you.

I changed to this clinic a few years and I am so glad I did. They are very friendly, personable and wait times are short. Dr Ma is brilliant. Couldnt recommend a GP more highly!

The best GP I’ve ever seen for last 13 years living in Melbourne. I started to see Doctor Ma since they opened in Mount Waverley couple of years ago, I have to say my family’s been well looking after by doctor Ma’s professional practice and my two boys love her. Very good practice and nice service by all staff there, highly recommend!

Dr Ma and the team are extremely friendly and helpful, always find ways to attend to individual medical needs. Since the centre was established in the atea, my family have all been seeing the doctors here. We feel our needs are well catered for.

I moved to the area about two years ago, I have found Dr Wei Ma to be one of the best GP's I have ever been to in my life. Booking is simple via the Health Engine app, and bulk billing is available. I think the best thing about Dr Ma is she really listens.

As an overweight lady it’s extremely refreshing to have a doctor who doesn’t blame everything on your weight, listens to your concerns and acts on them appropriately. Dr Sophie Li has refreshed my faith in GP’s. I cannot thank her enough.

MWMC is a modern bright clean and inviting safe clinic. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Doctors are on point. Short wait times. Bulk billed. Easy. Thanks team for the accommodation every time I come!

Staff are all professional, helpful and friendly. The clinic is always kept clean and orderly. We also come here for all vaccinations now, there is a separate room being set up with a dedicated nurse for vaccinations.

I took my daughters to the clinic to have their Covid vaccine done. The clinic is very clean with lots of parking spaces at the back. The staff are very friendly, professional, and patient. Highly recommended.
