We had them as our caterer for our wedding and we were so glad we did! Our families and friends kept complimenting how yummy and delicious the food was and how nice and professional the staff was!

Kim was our first point of contact and she was always super prompt in her response to all our questions whether it was through emails or zoom meetings. We also had a fantastic and lovely experience at our menu tasting session. Kim and Peter are both such wonderful people answering all our queries and concerns!

On our wedding day we had Teresa as our coordinator. She is such a sweet and lovely person!! She made sure our night went smoothly and was always checking in on us and taking care of us! She is super organised and happy to make any last minute requests and changes. All of the staff on the day was so friendly and helpful as well! The food was soooo good!

Thank you so much Teresa, Kim, Peter and all the Crystal Palace staff for making our wedding day so special and for the amazing service and food!!

Without a doubt Crystal Palace is our top wedding supplier. We felt well looked after from the menu tasting to the hectic weeks of wedding prep all the way to the big day. It has been some time since our wedding but we still have friends and family raving about the food and the excellent service at the reception. Thank you Kim and the rest of the CP team!

Because of covid19 restrictions, Crystal palace are providing home delivery banquets for 2. They are extremely professional and have always provided the best services! The food was amazing and instructions were simple to follow (our attempt at making them look appetising aren't as great as Crystal palace though ahaha).
Although we weren't able to experience their professional service in an actual event, these home dishes provided nostalgic memories of our wedding that were catered by Crystal palace. My husband and I are extremely impressed with their service and quality of food. Highly recommend.

We booked Crystal Palace after a communication breakdown with another caterer prior to our wedding. We wish we had booked them from the get go because despite booking them in late they made the wedding planning process seamless for us from that point. Communication with Thu and Kim was quick and responsive with a combination of email, zoom and face to face meetings leading up to the wedding. They answered all our questions and were very accomodating of any special or last minute requests we made.
Our guests loved the food and the night went very smoothly thanks to Kingsley. Can't recommend them enough.

After much thought, we went with our gut feeling and hired Crystal Palace to cater for our wedding. We dealt with Kim and from the get-go she was very helpful, accomodating and patient with our requests throughout the stressful wedding planning process. We received lots of good feedback from our family and friends about the food and service at our wedding reception.

Would definitely recommend to anyone considering an Asian banquet for wedding/functions!

My gosh, where to start!? We had a tasting with Crystal Palace a couple of years ago and LOVED the food, but assumed it was THAT GOOD because there were only like 30 people at the tasting. Familiar kitchen, controlled and familiar environment, best produce for the trial, surely it'd be different for our wedding day, right? Boy were we wrong! The Crystal Palace team delivered banquet catering and table service for our 220 people wedding last Saturday, complete with 20+ children, 30+ dietaries and take home service (which was so good as it meant any missed courses were boxed up and we were able to enjoy them the next day, even the soup!!).

Amazing food and table service aside, we were blown away by the kindness and support we received from Thu, our Crystal Palace contact prior to the event. Thu was very happy to answer any questions we had, going above and beyond to help prepare us for the big day, and then checked on us several times throughout the night (always with a warm smile!), even though she'd handed over to our event manager Kingsley (who was also great - very efficient and professional).

And then the cherry on top - at the end of the night, Peter (Mr Crystal Palace himself) went out of his way to find us to make sure everything went well and to wish us a lifetime of happiness.

Crystal Palace catered for our wedding of 170 guest in early 2021. The food and service was excellent. Our guests were very complementary of the food. The kids also loved their meals. The communication was great. We were well taken care of. I highly recommend Crystal Palace!

Went with Crystal Palace catering for my wedding recently and the food was a bit hit with everyone. Everyone was impressed by the timely service, the food selction (we ordered the premium banquet with 1/2 fresh lobster pp) and the overall experience. Would highly recommend them to family and friends who want a premium Chinese banquet experience. I would definitely consider their services again if I were to organise another milestone event.

Crystal Palace have consistently been the best Asian caterer for over the past decade. Numerous bridal industry caterer awards under their belt. Catered for my wedding in 2012, chosen by reputation and from the numerous weddings we had been to catered by them. The next generation of cousins getting married and crystal palace still the best. Choose crystal palace and you will never regret picking the best. Your families will always look back and say, wow, the food was really great at that wedding. If there's one thing Asian families remember from the wedding, it's the quality of the food and service.

We really cannot thanks enough to Crystal Palace & their team. We had 260 guests for our wedding, and everyone had been taken care well, the foods were delicious & fresh and good portion, according to our happy guests :). As I was bride, so hardly finding time to have proper bite, but every time have chance , the staff always be there to take care of us and bring us whatever we need from water, to a small bite to eat, and thoughtful take away meals we couldn't finished. Our guest were happy and enjoy their meal. Thank you so much to make our wedding day complete & joyful.

Crystal Palace went above and beyond to help us feel relaxed about our wedding day, not just on our wedding day but before and after. We had 350 guests with a lot of dietary restrictions. Everyone said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The waiting staff were attentive and the management team outstanding. Thank you CP

Pete, Kim and Tony were a pleasure to communicate with during our long awaited wedding planning. They were friendly, funny and understanding when we had to post-pone, cancel and rebook their services. Even accommodated our last minute changes.

On the night, we were lucky to have Pete manage and he made sure the night went smoothly. The food presentation was 👌

To be honest, everything was great. All of our guests enjoyed the food and we definitely enjoyed ours the next day! (Was too busy to eat 😅)
