G.J. Gardner Homes - Melbourne Inner East

GJ Gardner inner east built me my forever home. I wanted to thank Andrew and his team for materializing my dream home. There were minor issues along the way however Andrew is reliable and responsible and issues raised were rectified. I checked multiple stages including bored pier, pre-slab, frame, pre plaster, pre paint , hand over and external drainage. From the feedback I received from my own building inspector and plumber, there were only minor issues and they were rectified. They engaged good trades and things were done to Australian building codes and standards. Andrew is very easy going and flexible and he allowed me to change my kitchen splashback few weeks before handover. Despite the challenging construction climate, Andrew and team pushed on and achieved a great result.

Cannot recommended a better builder, This is our Second build with Andrew Timms and his team within 4 years. With extensive construction knowledge and working with our architect to create a standout home rather than an off the shelf display home.
Being able to carry out a custom home enabled a superior finish. Having a real estate business and building many homes I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Timms of GJ Gardner South East to anyone who wants great customer service, quality build, guidance through the building process, experience, knowledge, latest design trends and efficiency.

This is the 2nd time my wife & I have built with GJ Gardner Melbourne Inner east we have had the perfect build & the finished product that Andrew & his team have done is over & beyond, It all starts from the design team to the site supervisors that finish off the hose to a very high standard & are a great team to work with,

I really enjoyed working with G.J. Gardner Melbourne Inner East on a recent project which we have received a planning permit for from the City of Knox. We were able to get the permit within the 60 day period which is basically unheard of when dealing with Council's. The reason we received this was effective communication and a responsive design.

Building with Andrew & his team has been brilliant, we were worried building through the thick of covid but andrew powered on through and made the process seemless. Couldn’t be happier with our new home.
