Very friendly and helpful staff. Always have plenty of postage items to send items off and advice on ways for delivery

Busy little post office who cares! These guys seem super nice, and to be honest other post offices don't process customers quite as efficiently!

Friendly staff

Really disappointed that this store is still closed on Saturdays (ongoing since April). I understand the challenges that come with operating any business during COVID-19, however this store remaining closed is increasing the difficulties for other small and local businesses that are already struggling to survive. In addition, I lease a PO Box here and have not been getting any notifications that my PO Box has mail, and was not notified that the store was going to be closed on Saturdays. Granted, Australia Post has never been as busy as it is now, but I think these are pretty fundamental issues that will hopefully be rectified soon.

Other than that, I normally find the staff here helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service. I had booked an appointment, which was been confirmed, but when I arrived the post office was closed. The manger rudely told me from behind the shutter that the appointment was cancelled, even though I hadn't received an email or phone call to let me know. Very frustrating

DO NOT BOTHER! Every single time I've been here the staff are unhelpful and unwilling to help. They go out of their way to be difficult just because it makes them feel powerful by disrupting your day. Choose another post office if you can. I'd give them no stars if that was an option.

Microscopic store that is almost useless with social distancing.... not helped when the flood of parcels end up in the store it’s self in a heap.
