Came in to get my Macbook Air looked at due to battery issues. I didn't end up getting my battery replaced as I need my computer for work and don't have time for turnover, however the customer service was incredible. I felt very welcome and heard, and was not spoken down to at any point.

I was recommended Beyond the Box by a friend, and I very glad they did. The whole process was seamless. From the drop off with the friendly check in/out representative, then regular updates by the Technician working to fixing my problem and the picking up my Mac book after a much faster turn around then expected. Their customer service is excellent and their service is efficient, professional and great value. They'll be my go to from here on out and i wish I'd known about them sooner.

Beyond the Box were the only company that appreciated that a Year 12 student cannot be left without their school laptop for any period of time. I had spoken with other, more conveniently located (for us) Apple approved service companies, but Beyond the Box were the only place that immediately solved that issue for us by offering a loan machine (for a fee, obviously). So, that sealed the deal.
In addition to that I found the staff very friendly and helpful, the service was efficient and we had our machine back within a week. I was very impressed and would certainly recommend Beyond the Box for any Apple service.

Fantastic customer service from the Essendon team. Our iphone 11 battery died. It was replaced within a cuppla hours. It is needed for work so the speed and efficiency was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff who provided professional service and was impressed by the fact that they were pro-active in determining that my product was still under consumer law warranty and even refunded the service fee that I was charged. Beyond the Box are legends! My computer required a new logic board (right before I had several important assessments due, of course) and they were able to sort it out for me in 24 hours. Honest, reliable, and extremely helpful. Consumers should be aware that availability of parts will determine how long it takes for them to do their work, I was just fortunate they had what I needed already. Will definitely return if I have any computer issues and would recommend them to anyone. Cannot fault them.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service. We purchased a reconditioned macbook from Beyond the Box previously which was great value for money and returned a few years later for a service. Had a minor problem with my MacBook that I thought was catastrophic. The ladies at the front desk quickly and efficiently troubleshooted it while I waited, sorted out the hardware I needed to stop it from happening again and I was out the door within 15 minutes.
