What a pleasure it was meeting with Sharmila. My wife and I were looking for some help in choosing a couple of sarees for a wedding we were attending, and Sharmila couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating. Friendly, helpful, providing great suggestions, and not at all pushy, suggesting a mix between our existing wardrobe and new additions. I contacted Simply Sarees the other day to get a matching blouse for my choli. I found the site online and gave them a ring, told the matter and Sharm was more than happy to help me eventhough it was her off day.. I sent the photo of my choli and she sent me back the photos of matching blouses within like 15 minutes. I placed the order on Wednesday , she altered the blouse for me as per the measurements I gave and I got the parcel on Thursday . They also sent me a lovely pair of earrings as a complimentary gift ☺☺.. you really saved my day Sharm..loved your work... Thank you heaps.😊.. will definitely come to you again🌹

I generally don't post reviews but this was appalling service so had to write this. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a very basic saree blouse design from Shamila. When I went for the fit on, one of the issues was that it didnt fit correctly behind the shoulder (near the arm) which looked puffy and ugly. When I asked if it can be fixed, she refused to fix it saying that's how she cuts it and now it cant be fixed. Even though I was helpless and told her I cant wear it like this (which she agreed as well), she had no empathy and was adamant that there's nothing she could do. It seems that she is incompetent and doesn't care about the customer at all. She also charged me full price as well ($85) knowing it's useless which almost seems like a scam. The blouse stitching was badly done too where you could see stitch marks from outside of the blouse's bottom border. Luckily I had another blouse ordered from the shop I got my saree from because I had some doubts about this place (as I saw one previous bad review before going to her but can now confirm that review is 100% true) - I would have been in big trouble otherwise. Waste of my time, money and the blouse material. Never ordering from her again

It is a shame that you made such a poorly designed saree jacket. It should be noted that you are not a professional jacket maker. The new one had to be made at another location. It was a complete waste of my time and money. You should not mislead people into believing that you are capable of making a saree blouse. If you are committed to becoming one, you should attend professional training, following which you may begin your business.
