We are ex-Porter Davis clients (victims) and our experience with Henley has been nothing but amazing from the start. The turn around has been so quick and everyone we have dealt with through the admin stages has been brilliant, and especially Smita, wish she could be our go-to for the rest of the build! Shout out to my supervisor Jordan who helped throughout my journey in building my home. Although, there were some miscommunication to start with but as soon as I communicated my expectations, Jordan always went out of the way to help in any matter related to my home. I would definitely recommend Jordan and would love to have him as my supervisor in future builds as well.

We are currently at pre construction stage with Henley, and to date they have been a breeze to deal with, extremely transparent and detailed, we look forward to the commencement of our build in the next few months

We paid our initial deposit for building our house last week. The process has been very smooth until now and our sales consultant Nicole based in Berwick has been very helpful answering all our questions in a timely manner. Hopefully our building process will be as smooth as this.

We built with Henley 7 years ago and had a great experience. They were helpful and communication was good throughout. As to be expected there were a few little issues along the way, but Henley were quick to rectify them.

In my Henly home built 5 years ago, master bedroom toilet door frame developed a swelling and it came to a point that the door was unable to be closed. When contacted they organised an inspection visit just after stage 4 lockdown was over in the last year. The inspector identified the issue as a water leakage from the adjacent shower cubical and arranged to despatch a repairer.
The repairer arrived on the scheduled day and removed shover glass and installed a steel plate to stop water leakage, installed the glass sreen with sealing, replaced the swollen door frame, painted and completed the job in 2 days.
I am very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism shown even during the pandemic period.

We moved into our new home in March 2017 and we still can’t believe it’s ours. It’s like we come home to a display home every night. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Our friends and family have also commented on the finish of our home and are very impressed by the standard. Henley homes pride themselves on the quality and service and we have been very impressed from start to finish.

Building a new home is a scary concept and picking the right builder is not an easy thing to do, but we felt comfortable right from the start with Jason from the Craigieburn display village. He personally walked us through the home and answered all our queries honestly. He bent over backwards to ensure we were happy and certain we were making the right decision. We had great admin staff, who were always quick to reply and follow up on any queries we had. A special thank you to Leisa for all her hard work in replying to my queries and assisting me with any changes.

The build process was quick and our site manager Brad was amazing. He managed his team of trades professionally and made sure the standard was always high. If there were areas he was not happy with, he would make sure it was rectified.

Since moving in to our home, we have had a few maintenance items which needed attention. David has been amazing in arranging these items to be completed. They are done quickly and with the least amount of interruption to our lives. David and Valerie have been exceptional in following up and contacting me regularly to ensure the trades have completed the repairs. I have not had to chase them to come and repair things, which is a breath of fresh air.

Our Pre-site Customer Service Administrator - Rachel Ciconte was fabulous! she was very responsive and patiently answered all our questions. She was quick to accommodate our changes, send us documents etc. Keep up the amazing work!

We are really pleased with Henley Homes.Awesome workmanship by sales staff ( Bridie and Jayard) and site supervisor (Allan Schwind) did great job on our house very friendly and professional. It’s long process with Henley too finalise house as you have wait long for appointments but worth it.

Amazing builder! It’s been 5 years and I’ve only had one issue with a crack which they fixed without question.

I recently build Marina Q1 with henley and i am happy with quality and the customer service after and before the construction.

Awesome house designs and ended up being cheaper than the other builders after I added everything I wanted.
