I recently embarked on a kitchen renovation project with KLD and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. My experience working with the team from design to completion was nothing short of exceptional. It was an old dated small kitchen and I requested for a simple renovation. The transformation they achieved was amazing and exactly what I wanted. It has improved the overall functionality of my kitchen and maximised storage space. The expertise, attention to detail, skilled trades work and exceptional customer service changed my kitchen into a space that I am proud of. I will not hesitate to use KLD for future home improvement projects!

We were looking to get flooring for our new house build and have it installed as soon as possible. We knew we wanted a grey hybrid floor and KLD had great options at very good prices compared to the other flooring companies we approached. Jordan provided great service and was accommodating to our situation. The installer Eric did an amazing job (as you can see in the photo I’ve included) and well within the estimated timeframe. Overall it was a great experience. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely use KLD again for our future projects.

Recently we engaged KLD home to remodel our old apartment kitchen from design through to demolition and installation. Full suite of kitchen installation including new flooring, cabinetry, bench top, splashback plasterboard and cornice. It was truly a great and positive experience working with Yan and his team right from the start to completion. We have nothing but praise for their professionalism, punctuality, constant update on progress, above all high quality workmanship of their custom made products. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.

Great customer service. Jordan is knowledgeable and super easy to liase with, touched based with me several times throughout the process and made sure everything went without a problem. Went with the hybrid flooring and it has turned out stunning. Andy did a wonderful job in the instillation. He was very quick and efficient and my house was ready before I knew it. Thank you team!

Walked into KLD flooring to look at some floor samples and was welcomed by Jordan. He’s very knowledgeable about flooring, tiles, splash backs etc, and helped us understand all the nitty gritty details so we could make an informed decision. We ended up purchasing and having the floors installed via KLD flooring as well. Jordan kept in touch throughout the process and was very accommodating to our moving schedule. The installers (Eric and team) worked very neatly. They completed the removal and installation in 2 days! The floors look amazing. Thank you so much for all the exceptional work! I’ve used this company about 10 years ago to install my floating floor. They did a good quick job with a really competitive price. That’s why I came back to them when I needed my carpet replaced. Jordan was very helpful beyond expectation. He really took the time to attend to my inquiry for a quote for carpet replacement, providing suggestions & comparisons. Answered all my questions. Initially, there was 2-3 weeks waiting time for the job. But Jordan called me to say it can be done the next week as there was a cancellation. So, really happy with that! Again good job with good value for money. Recommended!

The owner/manager, Jordan, was more than helpful and willing to give us his time to find something that was right for us. He was very friendly, and came across and very honest and true.

When the layer came to measure the apartment, he was very efficient, quick and helpful. The laying of the whole apartment was done in a day, and the layers were happy and willing to help us move the furniture.

Will definitely be coming back to KLD flooring if need be in the future. Would highly recommend.

Clean execution before and after the work, and paying attention for details. Boys totally focused on their assignment all day, while the head office communicated with me closely. Great product and excellent service. We have now installed Hybrid Flooring into two properties. Both times the communication, and installation provided are all perfect. From day one when Yan came to measure our kitchen, we could tell that he’s Perfectionist as he paid a lot of attention to the minor details. He was very helpful and professional in all his dealings. The installers were also very efficient and very tidy.The kitchen is even more beautiful than what we could have ever imagined. The Floors are stunning, we went with strand woven timber! The process was made easy to ensure we fully understood everything. The installers from measuring/quoting to laying were professional and friendly and the floors look FAB!

The Kitchen is sensational! Yan, helped us through every step, the design, the drawings, making the cabinets, overseeing the installation and providing recommendations for other trades required (i.e electrician). He took a lot of pride in his work and provided helpful tips and advise when we were struggling! Top bloke and the end product is sensational!
