Park Avenue - Mount Waverley

Mount Waverley Townhouses was a very happy place for myself and family. We recently relocated from overseas to Melbourne and stayed in one of the townhouses there. From the start till the end Edward looked after us. He was always friendly, always had a smile on his face and was always willing to help whatever the situation. He was kind and gentle to my kids and the best host anyone could ask for. We will definitely visit him whenever we are in the Mount Waverley area. Thank you Edward and Jane for being the kindest people ever.

Owner was super lovely, place was clean, tidy and spacious. Very good for value.

Stayed here for a week in a two-bed unit. Highly recommend for its space, convenient location, and great value for money. Edward was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a car, and traveling with young kids, would definitely recommend it over hotels or serviced apartments (in tall buildings).

We travelled with 3 under 6 this weekend.
We arrived quite late (about 10:30pm) Friday night.
Although I told him we would not need a cot, he offered again on arrival. We did end up needing it and at around midnight they had brought a cot in and it was no trouble at all.
The host was incredible. We needed a few things through our stay and he was so pleasantly obliging throughout our stay.
Facilities and size is fantastic. This is our go to for accommodation from now on.

It's beautiful and quiet here, and I enjoy it very much.

Everything is very clean and neat, Edward is such a great guy.

It is a comfortable hotel with super high cost effective. Awesome property for short stay.

Full facilities esp. lots of channels TV, clean and comfort.
Reasonable price but no free wifi, otherwise perfect !
