One hour round-trip drive with friends for the very delicious beef ribs pho, again.
My second time here and will be my first choice next time.
Love the ice coffee, my friend’s favorite is the homemade lemon tea.

Had lunch here and ordered beef ball phò. Loved the broth as it was thick and full of flavour. The beef ball was crunchy and tender. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been a fan of the place when it opened the CBD branch. Sadly, the branch is closed due to Covid, and only the main branch in Springvale remains. Hope that they reopen soon.

Not only that the broth can be considered one of the most authentic for Southern Vietnamese Pho, but the broth quality is very stable every time I come over: just right amount of flavors. I’m telling you, a stable flavor in a pho restaurant is super hard to find in Melbourne.

For service, the owner was a very nice and chill lad. The service may not be the most professional, but the friendliness and endeavors will definitely do.

Food tip: You’ll likely see whining comments about ‘fat meat’, ‘fat broth’ or ‘raw beef’, but that’s how pho goes originally. Tbh, they could’ve stated their special needs when ordering rather than throwing the tantrum here.

I know some of you may think it's cliche to hear someone like me recommending this restaurant as the best or well-deserved Pho representative of Viet Nam, but hear me out!

The Pho is losing its original soul as many of mediocre restaurants offering Pho without actually pouring their hearts into making it, EXCEPT for this restaurant!

I'm so glad to know that the chef here is one among the top winners of the most recognised Pho winning award in VietNam, the staffs are really really friendly! and obviously I'm a fan now :D

My experience with the restaurant was so so great and I don't want to spoil much about this masterpiece but some of my photos might!

Very good service from a Pho restaurant, wagyu Pho soup fantastic, the best part is the owner chef do a off the menu stir fry noodles specially for me when I ask . Never happened in a Vietnamese Pho restaurant before. Very happy 😃

One of the rare Pho places that do 'trứng đập' as well! (It's where you crack a raw egg into the boiling broth and the broth cooks the egg 🤤🤤🤤)

Tried chicken Pho this time and was surprisingly delighted by how good it was.

Lastly, early birds get a choice of free coffee or lemon iced tea with every Pho order before 11am. And it was the best 🍋 iced tea I've had! Highly recommended!!!

This was a surprise find. It suddenly hailed and we stopped right at the shop.
But I must say this is by far the BEST. It’s definitely number 1 now in my list and I do love pho.
Had the special beef. The portion is generous. The soup is absolutely amazing!
Service was also excellent. Was offered the bone marrow dish, which I’ve never had and will now be a new dish I will hunt 😄.
The founder’s background and story is one that you must find out.

Found this restaurant in Google review. I requested free iced coffee. Granted! The pho is really delicious, better tasting than Pho Hung. The brisket does come with layers of fat and you can order the sliced beef for a leaner version. I also loved the pickled onion as condiment.

First time I tried Wagyu beef phở and it was amazing! The broth was divine, delicate and very hearty 🌟

I always have Phở whenever I visit Springvale because honestly they are on a cheaper side. This one is however $16, but it’s worth every penny :) Highly highly recommended!

Best pho in springvale. More expensive tha other but No msg at all in broth. Also quality wagyu slice. Even got special chicken rice
