Clear Skincare Clinic Moonee Ponds

I have been attending the Moonee Ponds Clinic for laser therapy and skin care for the past 6 months. I find the staff friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am really happy with the service and I can highly recommend seeing Laura for both laser and skin care. Laura is fantastic and has excellent knowledge on all therapies and products.

I have been seeing Ashlea here for about a year. She has really helped me to get my skin looking younger and healthier. I have also been having laser and find that she has been very understanding about my low pain tolerance and has made me very comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have made a few visits to this skincare clinic over the last 6 months and have been taken of by Renee for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion treatments. The professionalism and attention to detail shown by Renee was of the highest order. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I will continue to invest in my skincare through this clinic.

I’ve been coming to the Moonee Ponds clinic for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the service I receive. The girls there are always pleasant and professional and make you feel very comfortable. I recently started getting Skin Pen and Peels done on my face and my skin is feeling amazing. Renee at clear skincare was amazing she answered all the questions I asked about my skin and facial, my skin felt amazing afterwards couldn’t have asked for a better person to get 10/10 will definitely be going back to her!!

I have been to multiple lazer hair removal clinics for years and it is so hard to find the right one, until I found Nat T! Nat treats you like royalty and she is so professional, lovely, amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! Nat has not only helped me with my lazer hair removal she is now looking after my skin care and she is very knowledgeable at what she does. I trust her so much with my skin and I am very picky when it comes to skin care as I have hormonal acne and very sensitive skin and Nat has made my skin glow. It has only been minor changes to my skin care routine and also with the help of her skin care treatments on site, my skin is feeling better than it ever has!!!

A really amazing service.
Nicole is amazing behind the counter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know how she does it but she always remembers my name. I've watched her connect personally with every client, she rattles off dates, times and names often without referring to anything - and she's right!
Jess is a master injector. I love the way she goes for the natural, soft look to refresh rather than change - although I have seen a client with voluptuous sexy trout pout (if that's your style).
I've had Derma pen with Emma who has given me noticeable, permanent results. She's gauged my skin well and I'm really happy with the outcome.
I've been to other 'mall salons' and been given a one size fits all to my skin care and been treated like I'm on a conveyer belt.
Not this place. Sure it's quick and no fuss but everything I've had done is done well by professional, friendly albeit busy staff 😊. They seem to really know what they are doing and look at each person individually. I have two beautiful girlfriends who go there too and they are very happy as well. They've had beautiful results like me.

The Clinic has a great atmosphere and really fantastic staff who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if looking for permanent hair removal, its quick and effective and very well run! I will definitely be back again.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The manager is amazing and the staff are just real people, and so kind - nothing fake or false about them. They know their stuff and they'll bend over backwards for their clients. Highly recommend you have your laser treatment plus here!

I love going to Clear Skin Clinic Moonee Ponds, it feels like I'm visiting friends whenever I'm there! Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does, Nicole is so personable and great to have a little giggle with and all the other girls are always so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

As an ex-beauty therapist, I feel comfortable putting my full faith in the girls at the Moonee Ponds Clearskincare Clinic .The therapists are all very knowledgeable and not only recommend treatments and products suited for my skin but also give an explanation as to why they will help me. I've had laser hair removal, peels, Dermapen and pigment removal and would happily visit the girls for any concerns I have with my skin in the future .Thankyou very much!

I've had two of the signature acne treatment + peel + led treatments so far, and the improvement on my skin is clearly noticeable already. Friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommend!

If there's one thing I want for my skin and especially my experience at any clinic is to feel safe and refreshed. And let me tell you, the girls at Moonee Ponds tick all of these boxes and more. Rebecca, Julia, Emma and Nicole make you feel incredibly secure and at home; it's like being part of a second family. My experience at this clinic have been nothing but perfect. The girls are the kindest, most respectable and accomodating people I have ever met. It's one tight-knit family and I love every conversation, treatment and memory I have made with these girls. Rebecca is one philanthropic and kind-hearted woman. She has been the woman behind the scenes in relation to all my skin peels, hydro microdermabrasion and acne treatments. Whilst the sweetest and altruistic Julia has been at the helm of my laser treatments. Just trust me, it is worth every buck. These girls have taken care of me and my skincare needs and thus, it is where the long-life friendships have ensued.
