Woolworths Abbotsford

Pretty good Woolworths here, the escalators aren't difficult to traverse at all and many of the registers are open here for you to use. Doesn't get very busy at all, most items are very easy to find. Staff are very friendly as well.

Although it's upstairs and requires escalator access, this really is a great Woolworths outlet and as it's within the Hive Shopping Centre which is a favorite place for us to shop at because it is conveniently located directly on the 12 and 109 Tram route with a tram stop directly in front of it. The store is quite large, roomy, well laid out and very clean, and the staff is always friendly and super helpful.

In a great shopping center, close to chemist and tram stop. Staff are friendly and well stocked store. Good local woolies to get to.

One of the best in Richmond. Sometimes the customer service can be a bit better. But the store manager is very helpful to customers and great with customer service. Store is very clean, I'm happy to see more asian stock so I don't need to sometimes go to another Asian store to shop for other products safeway do not have. I hope oneday I can just shop in one store but as I said, they are one if the best in Richmond so keep it up Safe way 👍

I shop at Woolworths Abbotsford numerous times a week. I have found the staff very helpful and courteous. The Manager of this store is so professional at resolving any issues that might arise. He is very dedicated to his job as Manager of the Abbotsford store and resolves any issues that arise and has the quality of listening. I have shopped there for many years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was looking for a pack of small yoghurts, and asked Mo if there were any out the back. He offered to look, but said they might be at the bottom of a delivery and hard to access. And they were hard to get at, but Mo and his colleagues wrangled them for me, and Mo personally found me still shopping. Great customer service, thanks.

Incredible manager who leads a friendly hardworking team who are genuinely happy to help you. The store is always clean & spacious & as soon as they receive a stock delivery its on the shelves, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

About 2 or 3 years ago, this Woolworths store had some cabinets or lockers near the exit for customers to pick up eBay parcels. These lockers are not there now. I look forward to these lockers being restored to provide convenience for local residents.

Big store but very quiet and spacious on Tuesday late evening. Great markdowns on bakery and milk. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful which was a welcome surprise compared to usual supermarket staff - the young man even check in his stack of boxes he was yet to unpack to find an item I was looking for that had sold out on shelves.

I just want to thank all the beautiful staff here for working through this pandemic. We can't do without you and I for one am so very grateful.

The best place to shop for your groceries.

My local supermarket. This is a fantastic Woolies. Always clean and we'll set out. There is hardly a wait for the registers. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. When I have asked for some cut pumpkin from the produce department and it was no problem.

This Woolies has a huuuge range of international food products and a good selection of vegan/health items at the standard prices. The aisles are easy to negotiate as short, wide enough for safe distancing and signage is clear. The variety is amazing and noticeable as you do not walk past many shelves of exact same item like a larger suburban store.
Security is polite and evident in-store and in the complex adding further personal safety in this area.

I'm not normally from the suburb but wanted to get something there today. I would like to thank the staff for being really supportive and accommodating of their customers. I think we don't really appreciate them enough. Today just in the frame of me getting a few items these happened: they allowed me to keep some groceries I've gotten elsewhere at their station; a staff member when I was getting cherries provided an friendly piece of information to me (I said 'so nice that we have these cherries in season' and he said 'its the end of the seasons for cherries; the season starts in Nov/Dec'; I know this sounds trivial but it was nice); they assisted with an old lady with loading her groceries into her little wheelie trolly and they were nice when a punnet of cherries accidently popped opened and the cherries fell out when I was paying for my groceries. I think it was remarkable that so much kindness was shown just in such a short time and I think it really deserves recognition.

Stockwise, just from a quick grocery dash, I think they have a regular (sufficient) variety of stuff sold my woolworths.

Also not directly related but FYI, parking is $2 for first hour for shopping in the complex.
