Fitness First Malvern Valley

Have trained here for just under a year and unfortunately leaving as I am moving interstate - I have trained across several different fitness firsts and other gyms, but this gym has the best customer service and care in work across the whole team that I’ve experienced. A bonus that it is 24/7. Highly recommend !

I enjoy going to Malvern Valley Fitness First. The customer service is excellent! So welcoming and helpful! They definitely go out of their way to look after their members. Gareth West, the manager, has been extremely helpful and has done his absolute best for us. The surroundings are lovely, spacious, and spotless. Strongly recommended!

This Gym has all the right qualities you want in a gym!

Great staff with a really positive and helpful attitude towards you when you arrive, be it that you are a first timer or long term gymaholic they know how to treat you.

The facilities have a wide range of equipment and enough to go round that is maintained, clean and in good working condition.

The PT team also make this place I have been using one for 6 months and highly recommend Nick if anyone is looking for a good PT!

this gym has been my home for over 10 years. staff are amazing, great equipment, never waited for any equipment.as soon as you walk in you feel the love the welocming its perfect gym. I recommend everyone to try this beautiful gym.The Manager is so easy to talk to and has time for everyone.good job

My favourite out of all Fitness First branches in Melbourne. Plenty of space and equipment. Friendly staff. Seems to be open 24 hours at time of writing this review.

I recently joined Fitness First Malvern Valley and I am extremely impressed with the gym and staff. The gym is a great size - lots of machines, free weights, and space to exercise. The staff were also super helpful during the sign up process and answered all of my questions - Philip was particularly helpful with this! I've done my own exercises here and attended 2 different group classes, all of which gave me with a phenomenal workout. I'd definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for warm and welcoming staff, and a great place to workout!

I am coming in this gym from last few years and for me it's my 2nd home where i spend my quality time and 5star to my home and another 5star for LUCY on reception.
I have never seen before that determination towards work and the way you treat all members is fantabulous. :)

AMAZING gym! Joined up as a newbie to fitness and was told how equipment worked and was shown the amazing facilities, I've been going for almost a year and the staff are impeccable! Always so friendly and kind, happy to help with anything. Every type of machine available, many machines so it's not crowded. Could not recommend a better gym, if you're looking to start your fitness journey, try FF Malvern valley!

Friendly staff members that anyone would ever ask for. They are welcoming and have a huge variety of equipment's in their facility. I would recommend it anyway.

Hands down the best gym I've every visited. Equipment is really good. Neat & tidy. Fabulous Relaxation zone and overall it's worth your money. The team in Malvern Valley is awesome! Keep up the good work!

Can't recommend this gym enough for it's quality equipment, huge space, easy parking and clever zones for any type of gym goer. Staff always friendly, never pushy but available for help anytime. Place is also immaculate any time of the day! Not a paid review, just a happy customer!

I love training at the Malvern Valley Fitness First. Huge variety of equipment and amenities, as well as lovely staff and members! The sauna and the steam room is a huge bonus. Lovely being greeted by the friendly Rowan at the front desk :)

Today was my first day at Fitness First Malvern Valley. Rowan at reception was so incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. Because of this I signed up my partner as well. I have never received such exceptional customer service at a fitness first before.

A large space with plenty of equipment that is new and well maintained. The relaxation zone has a sauna, steam room and aromatherapy which is awesome for post-workout recovery. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, especially the manager and the receptionist Robin who can help you out any time you accidentally use the women's change room at the start of your workout and then can't find your stuff in the men's change room at the end of your workout and you're frantically trying to figure out why none of the lockers will open for you and you think you've lost all your wordly possessions. Highly recommended.
