Had Cezanne smoothing treatment done today and a full head of blonde foils and I am ecstatic with the results. The colour was absolute perfection, the Cezanne treatment has left my dry curly hair feeling silky smooth and looking the healthiest it has ever looked. Brenda and her team were amazing, the service was exceptional. I am constantly traveling around Australia with my job, but I will be making the trip back to Albury icon hair for my next treatment 😊

I dropped in to ask for advice regarding purchasing a hair curler. The team were extremely helpful. Cheryl very generously offered to demonstrate a variety of options, giving me the opportunity to try a few different models for myself to see which i found easiest to use and achieved the look I was after. Not only did I buy a curler suited to my needs, I was also provided with tips and confidence to use it. Highly recommend this team - a big thank you to Cheryl.

Cheryl did a brilliant job colouring my hair. I couldn't be more happy! She was so thoughtful in her approach, and the result was a lovely natural colour, exactly what I wanted.

I asked for what hair curler would go great with my hair and they gave me an explanation on each one and also gave me a demonstration on my hair the customer service was excellent couldn’t ask for any better I would recommend going here for all hair care!!

I had gone there to get my hair permed. The staff was so friendly and caring. They made the process smooth and comfortable. Bren is an expert she winded my hair with so much patience and love as they were thick long indian hair. I would definitely come back for visits. Highly recommended

I visited Icon Gallery for for three ear piercings with Brenda.
She was professional, friendly and offered advice whilst talking me through the process on positioning the piercings. She did everything to make me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend this salon and have now made them my regular for hair as well.

Followed up the next week for a trim and blow wave with Cheryl. Again, she wa professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I had very short hair and was sick of it. I had a chat with Brenda and she was certain she could install extensions to give me exactly what I wanted.. she didn’t disappoint! The installation was perfect, the styling and aftercare is impeccable, if you think your hair expectations are out of reach you should definitely go in and see Brenda!

From entering the store all the way to leaving I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Cheryl consulted thoroughly with me at the start of my appointment and asked lots of questions to understand what I wanted. Indi was polite and chatty as she washed my hair and rinsed my colour. All staff checked on my well-being as I waited for my color to develop and offered refreshments. I left feeling great and my colour looks amazing. Thank you

Cheryl and her team were able to see me after my regular cancelled at the last minute. I'm glad they did as Cheryl did a fantastic job and at an awesome price. Will definitely go back for my next hairdid.

Had my seconds ear piercings done here, great service and very caring staff. They said that only one lady in the salon was allowed to do the piercings and that she was trained in it for many years. When i met her she was lovely and considerate, told her about my horrible experience getting my firsts done and she reassured me that nothing like that would happen. she also told me that the reason that they only use medical plastic earrings at their salon is because most people are allergic to nickel (what other salons use). this was reassuring and my piercings were quick and painless. once my piercings were done, the lady asked me to come back in a few weeks and let her know how everything was going, showing to me that she cares about her customers. there was a quick healing time because i followed her care instructions and everything was all good. also salon was very clean and tidy as well as every procedure and appointment that they conduct being very hygenic and sterile. thankyou for a great experience here !!! xx
