Good nurse - skilled, experienced and gentle. Reception staff also very friendly and polite. Taking blood is sometimes a stressful experience for me but this time it is very smooth. Thank you!

A quick, clean, friendly and above all, professional experience with a minimum of "ouch". Convenient On-site parking, no pesky steps and bright airy waiting area with well spaced seating. Hand sanitising station by the door.

This place is right behind Coles . Even though it opens at 8am, get there early coz there will be queue lined up at 7:45. They do have parking space for about 9 cars.

Used to be good pathologists here but mostly changed. When youre here, make sure the phlebotomist changes her gloves between patients, she didnt on mine.

Tried calling about 20 times through the day to find out some information about our tests but they never answered or offered the ability to leave a message. I Eventually called the head office and was given incorrect information that ruined our test and possibly cost us thousands of dollars. Very disappointing work.

They refused to see me unless I was wearing a mask even though I had an exemption. Made me feel very targeted and uncomfortable. What a disgraceful place.

They messed up my urgent blood tests, I received a letter that I needed to go back and give blood samples again. No phone call. I came back only to find them closed, despite advertising being open. Disgrace of a place!

One pathologist working with having to wait hour and half, not good enough in a high risk environment 😡
