The team at the AP Business hub at Bulli street is amazing. Helpful, friendly, fast, and capable. Our experience dropping off parcels when needed has always been smooth.

The on site manager is a star, and their team is amazing. Thanks so much, you're lifesavers for us on a regular basis!

We conduct daily drop offs to this Business Centre. The staff are amazingly helpful and polite. Bob and Tom are just two of the staff members that greet us with incredible customer service and willingness to help. I would highly suggest this Business Hub to any business looking for a parcel drop off location.

The staff here are super friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have time and time again been able to suggest the most suitable shipping options as per our requirements. It really helps them being open until 6pm - this is a massive plus! Thank you team!

Great for buying any business relayed packaging. Staff are friendly, ample parking outside. I had to send a parcel overseas with a package from here and there have been zero problems!

Currently been waiting in line for 20 minutes, exceedingly slow customer service. Line of 8 people and only 2 people serving. Unfortunately not an isolated experience. Please put more people on during peak times or schedule passport interviews during non peak times to avoid massive wait times.

I agree with the negative comments about lack of commitment and customer focus. I have similar experience - I was waiting for my parcel (computer) to be delivered. I was at home all day, mostly spending time doing gardening in my front yard waiting for a delivery man. I was checking my letter box every hour as I wanted to use that computer that day. No-one came. I checked my email at 5pm and had an email from Australia Post that my parcel could be collected.
When I was collecting my parcel next day, I complained and the lady advised me to complete a complaint form.This is not a first time this happened. Australia Post should really improve their customer service because soon they could be out of business. There are a number of currier companies that are faster and cheaper, and people pay their bills online these days, so who needs Australia Post? Selling useless goods at the checkout will not save the business, outstanding customer service will!

I am disabled and live in a 1st floor apartment in Carnegie, our intercom is only one way and I can open the front door remotely.
The delivery guy turned up, rang my buzzer and I opened the door, he kept talking into the intercom then noticed the door was open, he stuck his head in looked then left without delivering my item.
I then received a SMS from Australia Post that I can pickup my item from Morrabbin depot, I have no means of getting there and they were extremely unhelpful and refused to redeliver my item. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and discrimination of the worst kind, not happy this is the second time their delivery people did this to me, every one else seems to be able to deliver without problems, the Australia Post postman has not issues with delivering the mail it is only the parcel delivery guys that suck at what they do .

Disappointed with the service attitude.

Presented a QR code, was told it couldn't be scanned, and was asked for one with a white background. Staff seemed unhelpful, lazy, and lacked responsibility. No assistance offered to find the right QR code.

Annoying experience, hoping for better customer respect.

Terrible service attitude. They said they had delivered to our house but no one answer. In fact, they didn’t even ring the doorbell at all. Their staff are lazy and irresponsible they just want their work done but never actually respect their customers

I constantly have parcels incorrectly delivered from this depot from couriers who confuse street names. Have totally lost half a dozen parcels in 6 years as well as numerous ones that were delivered to the wrong address. So again have just lost another parcel. Enquired to Auspost when it was not delivered. Phone support said it was accepted at the address on the day it was allegedly delivered. I was home all day. So they delivered express post to the incorrect address and gave it to somebody without even asking their name. I initiate an investigation and 3 days later get an email saying it was addressed as delivered. I was told there would be GPS proof of where it was left. I was supplied with none of this or any reason why they determined it was correctly sent. I have no confidence at all that this delivery centre will get my parcels to me at all.

Unreliable service. For the second time my parcel addressed to a parcel locker at Bulli St. post office is delivered there, but no one notified me. I used to get emails and text messages about delivery, now unless you track your delivery you don't know.

I have never seen a more disgruntled employees. Terrible attitude when attending customers. No one in the front desk (not the first time) and when called they came with an attitude. Very rude
