Cycle Station

With my e-bike not functioning correctly and a weekend of planned cycling we were happy to be recommended to go to Cycle Station Albury and more so for the quick efficient service provided by Aiden to fix my bikes problem, we were rolling out.

I had a great experience at Cycle Station. Lee and staff were very helpful in helping me choose a bike that was right for me and getting it organised. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Darcy was awesome and patiently let me test ride a few models. Turns out none of the bikes were perfect for me as is, I went with a lower specced model but a couple of aftermarket parts that needed to be installed. No worries and no extra charge for the labour costs. It was ready and sorted on the agreed day.

To be honest I was a little reluctant reading a few of the online reviews, but they offered the best price with free postage so I gave them a crack and product showed up a week later as described. No issues at all.

Always great customer service. The free lifetime servicing has been useful as a newish rider just to make sure that everything is wearing well.
I've bought 2 bikes through their recommendations, commuter and road, which both ride well (Giant brand).
They have a growing range of ebikes which also look interesting.

I purchased a new bike a little over a year ago from Cycle Station and couldn't be happier. There was a small issue with the bike and Jason did an excellent job rectifying it. His customer service was outstanding!
More generally, Cycle Station has a solid range of gear and most staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Small repair needed for my e bike (replace damaged gearshift cable). Booked it in at Cycle Station, had to wait a few days because of Xmas/New Year closure. All done on the agreed day and not as costly as I feared. Friendly staff, very competent mechanics.

Cycle Station are one of the largest bike shops I’ve ever been to with an extensive choice of products. The staff are really friendly and helpful and have a huge car park for test riding. This store also offers an impressive satisfaction guarantee with any purchase.

In passing through Albury and dropping in to Cycle Station on the way to Canberra, I had a very positive and memorable experience thanks to the authentically enthusiastic, kind and generous attitude of Sean and similarly with Nick in the workshop. If these two guys represent the values of Cycle Station, you have a helluva good thing going on and my general impression is 'it's just the way things are done around here!' some companies LOOK smart but can have disengaged or synthetically 'McDonaldised' staff. Cycle Station seems to have the real deal/whole package....Kudos to the owners , managers and staff.Cheers,!

Bought 2x Maxxis tyres and tubes online and right away the email follow ups from the guys at Cycle Station provide excellent reading but more importantly some peace of mind that your order is being dealt to. Received my delivery with in 2 business days.

I Called these guys on a Friday and they had a wheel I needed in stock. Went on saturday morning to pick up the wheel as arranged and it had been sold! They were having a huge store clearance sale and it had been sold by accident. Disaster!

As you can imagine I was super annoyed but the store manager Jason came out and spoke to me about the situation. He saw how upset I was (I’d driven a long way and really needed the wheel!) he found an equivalent wheel off another bike and did me a very fair deal. This would have made extra work for them but it wasn’t too much trouble.

Super impressed with this and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Also had a massive range of stock and were very knowledgeable.

Shoutout to Paul for his Fantastic service today.
I went in looking for a scooter for myself. Im about to turn 25 so I was a little nervous to buy something seen as a kids toy.
But Paul was amazing and didn't make me feel judged or anything. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the ones suited best for what I needed. He didn't even try and up sell me or anything.

Wanted to share that I was visiting the area in early Jan and had a major problem with my mountain bike. Took the bike in just before closing time on a Wed when they were incredibly busy. Met great young guy Aden who said they had the parts and he would do what he could. Then got a text early the next day - bike was ready to go, and fixed at very reasonable price. Aden had either stayed back late or come in early to help me out. Was able to ride the Yack tracks and Falls Creek over the next few days. Really great service and much appreciated!!!

I just wanted a quick, cheap bike rack for the car. Got the cheapest one on the market, which I know the quality is good because I've owned one before. It was delivered to me in Canberra the next day, I was blown away!

I am writing a review of Cycle Station to tell you all about my excellent customer service experience with this company. In the era of online shopping where there is inherent risk of being ignored if you have any issues with a product after $$ have changed hands it was refreshing to see the speed and efficiency in which Cycle Station responded to my issues. When a product that I bought on their online store failed, Matthew was able to provide a full refund within 24 hours, no questions asked. To me this epitomises a company who respects its customers and I would have no hesitation in shopping with them again!
