Every cyclist knows that feeling, having wasted money getting a service and being totally dissatisfied with the outcome..
This is definitely something you will not experience here, they guys are perfectionists, there is a level of passion and attention to detail that is almost impossible to find anywhere else.. I couldn’t speak more highly of the work and satisfaction I get after each visit.. Even though I am living away from Albury these days, I still drive up from Melbourne to get my bikes serviced here..!!

Comet Cycles is the best place to go on the border with any bike needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that always provide the best option for you. I have had all of my bikes (mountain, gravel and road) serviced there regularly and am always happy with the outcome, ie. my bikes ride like new. Definitely go there with any bike needs, especially if you’re looking for a new bike, or servicing your bike.

After 20 years off the bike , i decided to get back into cycling , did my research and found the trek marlin 6 was the type of bike i wanted and suited my budget, went in asked a few questions ,then and there i put a deposit down and got the order underway , when it arrived was everything i expected and more , it rides great with the 29 inch wheels, if your looking at an entry level bike that's going to make you grin from ear to ear , this is the bike for you . Very friendly staff, a great range of bikes and accessories, good quality products . Happy to deal with them anytime .

Took my bike into Comet Cycles on Saturday unannounced. The team told me their mechanic would be in touch with me on Tuesday. Sure enough, got a call Tuesday morning and spoke with Conner. Conner was extremely thorough with explaining my bike's problems and was more than happy to help. Will definitely be bringing my bike back for all future repairs.

Had my first experience from Comet Cycles this week. Mainly needed my wheels trued and a quick look over my road bike. The guys were very helpful honest and extremely efficient! Will definitely be coming back.

Great service. Went to a bike shop around the corner, was there a good 15 mins, not one staff member offered assistance. Went into Comet, within 2 minutes a staff member asked if he could help, was very knowledgeable and polite. Bought a $950 bike.

Great customer service. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Maybe they could offer some professional development for the staff at cycle station who are rude, arrogant and have zero customer service

Highly recommend Comet Cycles to anyone in the Albury/Wodonga area. Whether you are looking at purchasing a bike for yourself, or someone else, the team in store has a wealth of knowledge. Our first purchase was for our 7yo's first ever bmx. Salesperson (Alex) had so much knowledge in the BMX department that we know we were in the right hands. If you are not sure where to take your bike or purchase a new bike I would higher recommend Comet Cycles in Albury, if I were you I would make this bike shop your local bike shop, from when you walk through the door you are warmly welcomed by the staff and blow away with the range of bikes they have available on offer. The service department is unmatched and always excels and treats every bike like their own so you know your bike will be treated with care and precision... Would shop again, and again

My experience today at bike culture was professional, comprehensive and well priced. I took my mountain bike in for a service however, during the service it was noticed that other parts needed replacing. With this I was notified immediately and the fault was explained in depth. in essence bike culture take pride in the work they do and I would have no hesitation in recommending the business. Thank you.

Our son was looking for a bike, we live in Sydney. A relative recommended that we give Charly a call in Albury as he could advise a style of bike and possibly arrange a good deal locally. In the middle of Covid Lockdown and not being able to visit a shop, we called him.
His response was excellent! Not only guided us on the right bike, but did a good price, and said he would arrange delivery to our door!
Charly’s professionalism and knowledge is outstanding.

Highly recommend Comet Cycles. Charlie and the team there are an absolute pleasure to deal with and only to happy to help. Their after sales service is second to none and Charlie goes over and above to keep his customers happy. Its also a credit to the guys with what they have done with the store layout as it looks great. Also just wanna mention these guys really know there stuff in MTBs and Road bikes.
Love the fact that they also run store rides (MTB and Road rides) for all riding levels.

Definitely the best bike shop in the region. Extremely professional and experienced staff who offer great customer service. And they sell some very good trek bikes. If they don't have what you want in stock they will order it for you.

Definitely my go to bike shop for parts/accessories and service.

I've been to many bike shops in Albury, in Bright Victoria.... so far Bike Culture is the best I've been to, they care about your bike, they provide some of the best customer service you can get, their knowledge of the bikes they fix, service and sell is amazing. I would most certainly recommend going to this bike shop over any of the others in Albury as Bike Culture Albury is the best in town!

An amazing team that serviced my 2022 BMC time machine road. Bike operates better than when I bought it. Cervelo R3 is going in for service tomorrow. The staff there are knowledgeable and professional team.

Just needed to get my gears adjusted at short notice. They were able to fit me got the job done also checked the brake pads.
Really helpful did what was needed and at a good price.
My go to bike shop when I'm up this way.
