City Edge Box Hill Apartment Hotel

Steve( sorry if my pronunciation wrong) has one of the most exceptional customer service. He is very kind, generous. I highly recommend her. She is deserves pay rise and helpful.

Stayed a few times this year, the location is perfect and the people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, I sometimes do late check in, the team never let me down once. The room is not bad, with a full kitchen, glassware, cutlery and cookware, bed is not that soft, so I always sleep well. The rooms are very reasonably priced in off-peak season. Will return definitely, my favourite hotel in Box Hill.

I would recommend this hotel because of great price and walking distance to box hill central. Also the lovely lady at front desk is professional, patience and caring to make my check-in experience efficient and stress-free. Overall, good price and excellent location.

City Edge Box Hill is a winner in many ways. Located not far from the Melbourne CBD, I had all sorts of travel means to get around. I was spoilt for the choice of food / beverage being within walking distance of from Box Hill Central and the shops around it.
The studio room I had was simple, well furnished and clean. A home away from home was one way to described it. Hotel staff were pleasant polite and most helpful, especially the manager.
It was indeed a pleasant stay and I will return to stay there again.

I booked this room at late notice and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It was comfortable and clean, and the checkin process was very easy. The local area has a LOT of Chinese and Korean restaurants so there is plenty of choices if you like that cuisine (you're out of luck if you don't though!) The place is reasonably priced and I'd stay again if I was in the area.

It's like staying in a little flat. It's got a dishwasher and a washer dryer so u can wash your clothes.
