I highly recommend PRD. Samara McMahon is a fantastic property manager. She is just a delight to deal with, always friendly but also so knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have a question or issue. We know with her looking after our property we have nothing to worry about! We have also just bought a second investment property through PRD and Matt Sharp made the process so easy. He was easy going, not pushy but available through the whole process to answer any questions we had. I just LOVE PRD Real Estate! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating when speaking with the team and nothing is too much of a hassle for them. No problem is too big or small, no question too menial. Any maintenance situtations that may arise are always dealt with expediently. PRD have both the tenant's and landlord's best interest in mind when it comes to renting. Matt would have to be the best property manager I've ever had and I would recommend PRD to anyone.

From my first experience of meeting Kate viewing a potential office space, to then bringing my home over as a rental with Samara, the service I have received at PRD Albury has been outstanding. Getting to know the team, it has been lovely to see the healthy, happy and helpful culture within their team - all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with. I know I am always looked after, regardless of what the situation might be; selling a home, valuations, finding GOOD new tenants (not just any tenants), and dealing with difficult tenants. Even if it hasn’t been something they have had listed, they have still helped point me in the direction of what suited my needs at the time.

Spoke to Matt who wasn't from the team I needed but he called back asap and assisted in my inquiries.

Two other lovely staff members met me at a property this afternoon and were great with showing me through a property/ assisting with questions

I rent a property through PRD and can't recommend them enough. Any issues we have they always repsond or have a fix to the problem within hours. One of the first Agents I've rented through that seem to respect their tenants. Calling out Samara here too, she's always great to deal with!
