Lovely customer service. I ran in at 6pm and had a tricky request and they helped me out with no issues even though they were trying to close. Always go here anytime I need a post office!

Had an issue with a package that had to be returned, and I wasn't able to pick it up. Rang, and they kept it for me, and helped me sort out the problem. They have been really helpful with all my shipping and transactions. Highly recommend.

I just wonder after read all reviews.. I just visited this post office today ( Saturday) it’s my first time and I’m impress their service even today abit busy.. coz it’s my first time to send some parcel boxes, so I don’t know about size and how to process..I have to change parcel box twice coz not correct size .. they don’t rushing me or give me evil look at all. And always give a smile and helpful.. I just wonder why some ppl said they’re rude.. I disagree.... coz they’re good ppl... and thank you for service us on hard time like COVID-19 !!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Got to love those opening hours. So useful if you work a 9-5.30pm job like myself. Few post offices have hours this good.

Horrible service and shocking misinformation at this post office.

I visited Patterson post office on Saturday, December 2nd, and again this morning, Monday, December 4th.

On both occasions, I sought assistance regarding sending a parcel to a certain country. I was not only assured that this could be done, but I was also provided with a quote and even offered an express service. I proceeded to purchase the necessary box for this post office, obtained the required customer forms and proceed to go on and purchase gifts to send that I cannot return.

To my dismay, when I arrived at the post office a mere four hours later to send the parcel, I was informed that shipping WAS NOT POSSIBLE, contrary to the advice I had received on TWO separate occasions. I find this level of misinformation and inconsistency in service utterly appalling.

Moreover, when I requested a refund for the purchased box, the attendant handling my inquiry (older woman) responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Not only did she throw coins on the counter, but she also questioned my satisfaction with a dismissive tone ("Are you happy now?"). Then she proceeded to ask me if I am still intending to keep the box (the box that has the address written on, contains all the gifts purchased and wrapped up in a sticky tape). Her behavior was unacceptable and added to the overall negative experience.

The person who initially provided me with the incorrect advice is a permanent worker here. I have been a resident in the area for years and frequently encounter this individual at the post office. It is deeply troubling that a permanent staff member would provide such inaccurate information, leading to financial loss on my end and the disappointment of not being able to send gifts to my family for Christmas.

The lack of compassion, incorrect advice given and rude customer service is shocking.
