We purchased a new Heritage matress from Erin a couple months ago and it has been amazing. She was really great with telling us about the entire range and let us have space to try all the display mattresses out. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable would definitely recommend

Purchased a Mattress from them and have not regretted it was very reasonable price and the mattress is very comfortable would recommend to anyone who has the time to come to the store as the sales team was very thorough in letting me try till I was comfortable.

We purchased an expensive mattress from a retail store and have tried to claim warranty. Submitted online warranty claim as directed and ZERO response. Tried numerous emails and phone calls still ZERO response.
This company does not stand by their products with their warranty.
We are also referring to consumer affairs.
Buyer Beware, spend your money elsewhere.

4 yers on and still can't sleep on this horrible mattress when testing the mattress the salesman said i was on it to long after completing I was told that someone would contact me to rectify the problem but nobody has save your money go somewhere else

We purchased in November of ‘21 and spent almost $2000 on a mattress have been trying to get in contact with them since December to activate on their sleep guarantee.

We have called countless times, emailed more and have had 0 response.

Currently taking them to the ombudsman to gain a solution. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

This formally hardworking, Australian, family owned business with high standards - Regal Sleep Solutions - seems to have been taken over by a shonky Asian, off shore, Multi-national, after being bankrupted during crippling Lockdowns.
Refused to honour 15year manufacturing warranty on a $5600 mattress that has consistently bad online reviews for failing to perform advertised orthopaedic and anti partner disturbance functions.
Rude, lazy phone staff, can't speak English properly.
Closed local retail shops. Stripped range of beds to basic. Contracted outlets to Springvale only. Demand transport costs be paid to assess mattress for warranty, now a 100km one way trip, with no guarantee I'd get my money back. Trading on the good name of the company they took over.
These people do not seem to care about their reputation nor about ordinary Australians. Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars i would. My mattress has been repaired 4 times and continues to dip and indent. I also have a very large chiropractic bill from this mattress. At this point I just want a refund and the customer service is so unprofessional and not very helpful. This has been going on for years because I have been ignored and keep getting passed on from person to person. DO NOT BUY FROM REGAL SLEEP SOLUTIONS.

0 stars!! I needed a really supportive mattress as I have severe & chronic back & joint issues so I paid $4300 for what has turned out to be so inferior. 3yrs old & sags like a hammock with the mattress bulging out the sides. Broken promises, Rude staff on the phone. Contacting ombudsman.

Bad service, I cancelled one order from the Springvale shop, but until now, I don’t get the refund, I have contacted the Customer Service so many times, problem still not resolved
