Petstock Torquay North

Awesome team of people at Torquay North Petstock! We adopted this little fella to add to our cat fam, and he is completely settled into his new home very quickly. He loves toys and loves playing with his new brothers! Everyone obviously did a lovely/great job for the duration of his stay there, and preparing him for his furrever home :) we are all so happy together! Thankyou

Great advice and service right up to the passing of our loved dog. We purchased over $100 worth of dog food the week before he passed and they were kind enough to let us return it to store for a full refund without hesitation.

Always a lovely store to visit...very friendly staff, bright and cheerful shop. We tried out the DIY Pet Bath, which was fantastic, both fun and value.

My poodle Roo had the best groom he’s ever had today! The team did such an incredible job. His head, ears and tail are so well shaped and blended, his trim over his body is smooth and even, and my boy is not a good customer! He had to be muzzled to clip his paws and nails, and even so the team were patient with him and got a great result. Couldn’t be happier!

We have been going here for quite some time to wash the dog and to purchase goods. Always found a friendly helpful service when ever we are there.

Well stocked shop and very helpful and friendly staff. A lovely modern store with puppy school and self service pet wash facilities inside and out. If they don't have an item in stock they will try everything to get it for you. It's our new local pet stor ed and we couldnt be happier.

The staff a good to talk to very helpful.

They had the aquarium thermometers I needed but not the fish fry food. Turns out the other fish in my tank decided to eat the 200 odd eggs and now i dont need the food anyway. So I guess that was a loose/win situation, they didn't have the item but I didn't need it in the end. Maybe next time I am in store I will have to buy a tank for the next lot of eggs to be separated into. Is capital punishment to harsh a punishment for or the dastardly fish that ate the eggs?

Friendly staff and very helpful. Some fantastic specials so puppy was very happy with 1/2 price Easter eggs and wonderful clippers.
