A huge thank you to the staff who saved my Christmas shopping 3 minutes before closing and went above and beyond to get the last thing I needed, you were all amazing!

Was having a hard day, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and Jan went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed and was so kind and helpful. Can’t sing her praises enough. Your little bit of kindness went a long way.

For a good range I found that they have stock that may not be available in all stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make a difference to.

Super Knowledgeable staff. Andy helped me out and sorted me with the equipment i needed.

The 2 boys today, Kevin and Tom, were so helpful finding what I was looking for. Nothing was a problem for them and at the end they made sure I had everything I needed.

Great place to shop helpful staff

Nice drive, not far out of Grovedale. Plenty of parking and disabled spaces. Usual helpful staff, great specials, usually boxes available for packing your purchases. Friendly staff who for the most part are very knowledgeable if you need directions locating items in store and good knowledge about what you need for DYIs or best product for your budget. Thankyou Bunnings, makes a nice change from the local shopping centre.

Visited the store today to take care of some last minute leaky shed drips.

Staff (in particular Mandy on front helper desk) were super helpful with finding the products I needed to complete my little project. Navigation was easy (again, Thanks Mandy for the heads up direction). And there was a good selection of products and pricepoints so I left the store with more things than I planned to. I get to build shelves now as well.

10/10 Bunnings, keep up the good work and Top staff.

Fletch and his colleagues were totally amazing unpacking and assembling my new ( super heavyweight) log splitter today . I know this is additional to Theodre position descriptions, but i could not have even considered the purchase without their patience and help! Thank you all so much

Good selection of plants although some looked a bit unstable in their re-potting. The woman at the checkout on Sunday was so vibrant and friendly.

Well set up store, found everything I needed

Sir. My husband and I needed help to refurbish our outdoor furniture and thanks to the gentleman in charge of the paint dept we were helped with courtesy and understanding. All the staff at the Torquay Branch have always been the same. We are elderly and need the advice given to us to make our own lives easier. Thanks Torquay, .

Bunnos is always sick. Especially if you've got a leaking dunny or you just want a snag. Don't mind a cheeky snag when im there. Bit of onions would got a stray though. I mean who's cow do I gotta milk to get a bit of onion.
