You were lovely,reassuring her that she could exchange the shoes if there was any fit issues. We've always had great friendly service at this store.😊

I recently purchased a pair of Skechers from the Albury Skechers store. While I paid $179.99 for them, I later noticed that they were advertised for $169.99 at various places. Nevertheless, I selected the shoes and made the purchase.

However, I must express my disappointment with the comfort of these shoes. They are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. After just two days of wearing them, my feet, especially the sandal area, have become quite painful. I can't fathom wearing them again, and it feels like I've wasted my money.

Being in Brisbane, I'm concerned about my feet and would like to inquire about the possibility of returning these shoes. I hope the store has a return or exchange policy that can help in this situation. I also had an issue with receiving my receipt via email, which might have been an email-related mistake.

I kindly request assistance in returning these shoes and hope to resolve this matter promptly.

brought pair sandals for my granddaughter she wore them inside could not walk properly in them cried cause they hert her heel when we had brought them young girl said if they did not fit or wanted to swap them over for next size to bring them back we did that then was told by a different person could not do that as they had a scuff mark on them i said she only wore them inside for 5 min he said no had receipt box every thing very unfair an unprofessional
