Platypus Shoes Albury

I had a very excellent experience at platypus. I walk in just to have a look and was greeted straight away. I lovely girl came over and asked if I needed any help , I believe her name was Grace . I informed her of has some Issues with some other shoes
I have had and I wanted something similar . She recommended me some great options , and then showed me the shoes she had Brough the other day( which she was wearing) I loved the options she showed me. I asked to try on 2 types of shoes ( the ones she had on and some other pair ) . She explained how the rebook shoes she has on, that you should size down and she was correct. Her Knowledge and Patience was fantastic and made the experience great , defiantly will be shopping here again . Her customer service knowledge and her knowledge of the store is fantastic.

My husband and i went to the store at 5.10 Thursday evening to find a young man run off his feet attending to 4 sets of customers. To his credit he was well mannered, very helpful and attentive to very one's needs. We walked pass the store on two occasions during the course of the night and the young man was still working alone. We love the store and the service provided by the young man but just found this poor management and a lot of pressure placed on one person.

I visited the store to purchase a new pair of shoes for my partner.
The workers went above and beyond to help me choose a pair of shoes.
The workers were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I step foot in the store.
I would highly recommend visiting Platypus in Albury and will definitely return in the future for all my shoe needs.

Shoes are great, pretty wide range but the music is always so loud especially with masks, had to yell for someone to hear me over the music but other then that great store and I'm definitely going back but maybe with ear plugs

A quick first time visit and quite impressed

Looked up platypus website for a local store which is albury. Phone number advertised on platypus site was for Perth dfo store. When searching Google for the albury store number it was different so gave it a try and got no answer.

Just went in to get my 6 yr old daughter some shoes. The young lady who served us was really lovely, however when I went to pay she told me it was $90 when all the shoes on the wall were marked $70. She asked me to come back in half an hour when her manager was back, and she would get him to override the price. Went back and my gosh that manager had a bad attitude, he did override the price but slammed the scanner down and mumbled under his breath. Really disappointing, especially when I was so nice to them. Won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because I go there often.
