I've visited Dr. Rad three times now, and each time has been an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and Dr. Rad himself is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. He exudes passion, support, and non-judgmental care, which made me feel understood and valued. Dr. Rad accurately diagnosed my issue and prescribed the appropriate medication, leading to significant improvement in my health. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rad to anyone in need of excellent medical care.

Newstead Medical has been my practice of choice for over 5 years and their standard of care for me has never faulted. From the moment I walk through the doors I feel valued & cared for. Even when my fabulous GP Dr. Jane is not available I am never left without care which I so appreciate.

Toby Gardener and Megan Campaign are such excellent doctors, very 'in touch', understanding and accessible, I highly recommend them, especially for patients with mental health issues.

I cannot speak highly enough of both Physicians that I see.
Most recently Dr Karinna Fyfe and for 1.5 decades Dr Toby Gardner.
Appointments can be hard to obtain at times, but that is a problem I believe for all Medical Practices. Newstead Medical do their very best to provide best options for patients. Plus there is an Urgent Care section of the practice which can be accessed for a good proportion of after hours access.

Always courteous at reception. Dr Poole a wonderful warm and caring person. Appreciate Bulk billing as I am nearly 90 and only on pension.

I needed to find a dr to go to and went to Newstead Medical and found myself the perfect dr there. After my first visit I knew that I had found myself the right one, as she was very thorough, followed up on things and asked me if I had any questions and also gave me plenty of time discussing things with me. On top of all of that she has a lovely nature and immediately put me at ease. I’m so happy that I found her.

Busy morning 1 staff member at counter. Noticed the electric scanner that allowed me to be booked in.told me 35 min wait after 10min remembered the other waiting room so went down there and was called straight in. Needs to have a message proceed to waiting room 2.

There is lot of doctors out there that don't care but you guys do and can't help enough you are lucky to have such a good name and dr rad has helped my family so much he has such a careing way with him you are all good but he stands out don't mean to hurt anyone

I need a form completed for DVA. Dr Graham Poole was very caring and listened to my answers so that he was able to fully understand the situation and my current circumstances.

Lovely friendly staff at reception and great doctors. After hours non emergency centre is very good to have when in need of a Dr after hours.

I Think Newstead Medical is a fantastic clinic, i have been coming to the clinic nearly 5 years and have always liked the doctors i have seen , its a one stop shop with an Urgent Care Clinic which is like a mini ER,
my regular doctor Jane Dhann is the best ! The reception staff are always kind and friendly and will go that little bit extra to help with any problem you have. 5 stars

Always great to deal with. Some great choices if wanting to find a family dr. We finally found a Dr we love for our whole family and she's amazing with our young children (especially when they're super active and want to explore everything!).
Nurses are great to deal with and there's plenty of lovely faces to meet that greet you with a smile when walking in, the receptionists are wonderful 😊

Had to wait 45mins to see doctor but def worth while. I felt listened to and a action plan ahead for healing was made.

Super friendly and helpful admin staff. Dr Dhann is just the best doctor. Very thorough and caring.
