I needed a last minute appointment for something time sensitive and they fitted me in. Receptionist was an absolute delight and the nurse was thorough, going above and beyond and getting the Dr to look in even though he was busy. They all made me feel very comfortable and were absolute professionals

I was a patient there on 8th January. Having being a (now retired) medical receptionist myself, I felt the review about wait times are ridiculous, try waiting over an hour at clinics that don't bulk bill (when this clinic does bulk bill) and being out of pocket $50 or more. Having read the previous review I felt it was unfair and frankly I'm gobsmacked to read that "entitled " patients to ask receptionists "how long will the doctor be" as each patient is different, some may take longer than others, it is always unpredictable . I am grateful I saw a good doctor, I wasn't out of pocket for anything, yes, I had to wait, but I understood the girls were rushed off their feet and the clinic is short staffed of doctors by the look of it as not many doctors bulk bill anymore

Have been using this clinic for over two years after moving to the area and always find it a good experience. Doctors, receptionist and nurse Tiffany, are friendly and caring and every effort is made to accommodate your appointment needs.
Reminders are texted prior to appointments and there is little, if any, waiting. Thank you Dr Horriat and staff.

I have attended this clinic several times and found Dr. M. Horriate is a caring and professioal GP in approching the patients issues and problems. He is well qualified and experienced doctor with an ethical and responsible attitude.
The staff at the reception are nice and friendly.

I would highly recommend this medical clinic. All staff are polite and competent, the doctor is very thorough and I've always managed to get an appointment. I have never had to sit in the waiting area like other medical centres and the location is ideal.

I was surprised at how friendly they all are, didnt wait long even though I was late, finally I found the right doctors, love everything about this place give them a try, I found everyone fantastic, just remember talk to the doctors about your needs as they do not have mind readers there(lol)

Dr. Horriat is amazing.
Please keep bulk billing or maybe even $15.00 for a consultation, places charging $45.00 for a script consultation. are greedy.

I have been going to this Medical Centre since it was newly opened and I always find it very pleasant and inviting The receptionists are very courteous and friendly at all times and so are the doctors. My appointments are always on time. I have no hestitation to recommend friends to come to visit this great clinic. Today my wife and I went for our flu injections and the nurse who administered the flu vacines is so professional and capable.

After reading some of the negative reviews about Dr Manu Horriat I was a bit concerned, but our experience with him was actually really good. The clinic itself was new and clean. There was no patients when we got there so the appointment was on time. Dr Horriat was patient with my child and knows his stuff, he is not the chatty type and looks serious so maybe the reason for the negative comments. Will come back again.
