Body Sculpting & Fitness

I signed up at body sculpting & fitness a year ago as I saw they had child minding services. This was exactly what I needed in order to be able to achieve my fitness goals after having a baby. My daughter loves coming with me and playing with the other children upstairs, the girls running the show are fantastic. The gym itself has everything you could ask for, great facilities, friendly staff and the best vibes!

The BEST gym I have ever trained at.
So Friendly, excellent quality equipment, caters for absolutely anyone! Great community of people who love to live a better life!

Extremely friendly patrons, excellent equipment and exercise machines
Staff are super friendly, are always helpful when asked about nutrition/exercise advice
24hr access, bathrooms always stocked with hygiene items, showers and lockers for bags, couches to chill
Big doors are open and fans are on for a breeze which is super nice when its hot
Can also fill your bottle up at one of the fountains with ice cold water
Super flexible membership options, they also offer 3 days for free within staffed hours
I couldn't recommend this gym enough to anyone, regardless of fitness level

Great gym, Big, spacious and well-equipped.
Sultan the manager was amazingly hospitable and accommodating for me to get in for a casual session on his day off. I cannot recommend this gym with a higher regard ❤

Body Sculpting and Fitness is a very well equipped spacious gym with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with experienced and enthusiastic staff members. It has a sauna, supervised child care facilities, and also it is very conveniently located with plenty of private parking space.

I’ve always found going to the gym to be a massive challenge, as I struggle to find the motivation to go and can find myself quite uncomfortable and out of my comfort zone when I’m there. I’ve loved feeling the inclusivity and encouragement from the BSF team and even from other clients/customers at the gym. The classes are great, the equipment is high quality and there is always a helping hand around if needed.

Really good gym, love the mini kitchen, love how the treadmills r upstairs so it’s not too loud for the people on machines down stairs. The effort and care put into all the little things like providing free tea bags and coffee, hair ties, deodorant and clips in the bathroom is just too cute. The gym has a great feel to it

Absolutely love BSF and the team of instructors. The classes are run by the most encouraging instructors with a great approach to variety to suit all wants and needs to keep me motivated. A really great free weights area, plate loaded machines and functional training area. BSF has everything at great prices. Thanks BSF

When I came to sign up for a limited time they were very very very easy, quick and reasonable to deal with.

Unfortunately I'm only staying nearby at Angelsea for a few weeks. I love lifting in this gym, I wish it was my usual gym... If this was my usual gym I'd spend so much time here I'd finally get swole.

Great equipment, really nice and knowledgeable staff. There’s a good mixture of machines and free weights including Olympic lifting and CrossFit stuff. It’s great value. Get it

Brand new and extensive range of machines and free weights, great showers, sauna, group classes, very roomy with friendly helpful trainers. Excellent casual and membership prices. Suitable for beginners and serious gym junkies. Check it out.

Highly recommend this gym for all fitness levels. Staff are extremely helpful and only want to see one thing: You achieve your goals in a welcoming and supportive environment. That is exactly what is delivered. Keep up the good work guys!

Love the team and the atmosphere at Body sculpting! the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The gym is not intimidating, it's spacious and clean with lots of equipment. And extra points for the old school RNB playlists!!

Awesome and spacious gym. Heaps of variety and multiple squat racks which is sick. Dedicated space for deadlifting, boxing bags and all that good stuff.

Not only is this the kind of gym Torquay needs, but to make it even better, Olsen the owner is so helpful and friendly.
10/10 and will only get better.

Could not ask for a better gym. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, awesome instructors and group fitness classes. And the only gym in the area with dedicated child minding services which the kids absolutely love!
