Tewantin Splash Park

Great place to visit if it's a warm day. Entry is free and parking is also free. Just rock up and press the button for the water to activate.

A great activity to do with the kids. Take the ferry to Noosa Marina, then this water park is right next to the marina. Bonus: it's free!

Exactly as per photos. Little splash park (10 fountains maybe), perfect for little ones - ours is 2. Couple of tables next to the fountains and a small grass area to sit. It’s very close to the cafes at the marina so you can grab takeaway, or eat in. Would recommend as a stop before /after the ferry ride from hasting street!

Great for the little ones on a hot day! Shade sails, toilet+showers, tables and option to go next door to the marina for lunch or ice cream. Usually enough parking as well.

Great place to take the kids, fully fenced with a couple of picnic tables, toilet block next door, outdoor showers.

While I like most things about this park there are a few minor aspects which mean I cannot give it 5 stars. The proximity to the river while picturesque means a cold breeze whips off the water. Outside of the hottest days in summer it’s pretty chilly for little kids. I’ve also be there a few times now where older kids are using the skate ramp next door and have on occasions been swearing and dumping rubbish. Not a good experience for younger kids enjoying a splash.

That being said, the splash park is still a go to in Tewantin for our family. It’s not as crazy as Noosa, much more relaxed and less busy. My daughter always enjoys her time there as long as she stays warm!

Be nice spot in summer

Bit of a let down since was expecting the display picture. Be aware the Picture above of the fantastic colourful looking big water park isn't correct. There's a few fountains coming out of the ground (think about 9) 2 tables and a bit of shaded lawn enough for 6 groups. Good for ages 1-4.
