When visiting this store on a rather regular basis, we have had nothing but excellent service from those working in drive through!
Being regular customers, we have become friendly with the staff and seen that they put in a lot of work hours to keep this store running. As for the 24 hour opening times which one review states, yea it’s a little frustrating however every computer system needs an update every 24 hours and this store does this around 1am… so if you’re coming to grab makkas, it’s advisable to visit before or an hour after this time. It’s not the fault of the team members!
These very hard working employees are on minimum wage and work a lot more than most other industries, so a little patience - although this can be inconvenient at times, I’m sure would be an encouragement to their staff, especially overnight staff as there’s only three staff on!
My only criticisms are; Sometimes the burgers are roughly put together (as at any McDonald’s being off centre) and handling them is difficult.
And, being a parent of an employee (all my kids got their first jobs at makkas), the set hours start to finish times, can go over the persons time to clock out! Being a mum or dad etc waiting to collect their kids ON TIME can be so frustrating! Especially having to wait around… 1/2 hour to an hour sitting in the car… normally every workplace has a 10 min window after their end time to clock off but this comes down to management.
But overall, the service we’ve received especially from certain workers. Happy to have this as our store :-)

Store relatively clean too - Unusual fir Maccas post-COVID !!!

Food is at the standard. Lots of staff. Don’t have to wait too long. It needs a regular clean (like every hour) it’s pretty dirty.

I took 3 of my grandchildren for tea this evening which they enjoyed immensely plus had a great time on the play equipment. The only downfall was the primary students from 2 different schools thinking that they were privileged to sit on the tables and bounce their basketball ball, thanks to Holly for pulling them up, even the little toddlers who I was seated near were better behaved for the whole experience. And store was pretty clean except where this group had sat. Thanks Macca's Birralee

I ordered at the counter and not from a machine which was good. The staff were pleasant.

Went in after 11pm was excited to hear the ice cream machine works today and was served quickly but I think Michael needs more jobs he looks bored and isn't moving quick enough

Great hospitality, quick service!

I waited 20 minutes for two sundaes as they were busy,fair enough.So I went back a couple of days later to get another two sundaes,only to be told,no icecream today.So I thought I'd get apple pies instead,none of those either? Then I struggled to get out of the car park as drive through was packed right back to the Birralee tavern.Sorry not good enough.

Extremely Friendly, the best nuggets I have ever had! Even though they were busy they still had a chat with me, amazing customer service. Fresh nuggets, wasn’t waiting long at all! I will never visit a different McDonalds again beside Biralee McDonald’s. They even gave my 3 year old granddaughter a balloon, she was over the moon.

Was served by Jordanna, had a conversation with Chloe who was a manger and Jack asked me if I had a good night and how my Christmas was. They should be so proud to themselves.

Absolutely fantastic service! Even though they were flat out with orders all the staff still managed to laugh with me when I was Ordering! The Morale here is fantastic!

I order my meal, (have there) and said I would collect when my number was called out. But a nice guy that worked there brought it out to me without calling out my number. Chips tasted perfect and so did the rest of my meal. A lot better then Dandenong North MacDonald.

Good honest service... good quality food INCLUDES GLUTEN FREE and GOOD coffee at good prices. Excellent quiche and good ambience to sit in or take away good Cafe sweets or savouries or toasted sandwiches. Have good SPRING eh Jesu of Divine Mercy convert us and peace too through prayer and want to do good as Eternity exists in Mary's Jos Ss way.

My kids enjoyed the new park built indoors. They were the only macdonalds that sells chocolate ice cream. Great service and pretty clean.

Service was quick, staff very helpful, cleanest McDonald's I've seen in a long time.
