Awesome staff went there tonight and the lady on tonight was very helpful, had a bit of a chat don't get a good conversation with many other bottleshops. I will definitely be coming back 👍

Drove in and asked if I was Irish. I told him I didn’t understand what he was saying and that I felt uncomfortable with his behaviour; he thought it was funny. Apparently it was one way but no signage to that effect. Drove back the other way and tried to buy a bottle of wine. The employee abused me and belittled me when I challenged his customer service behaviour towards me. This was after an apparent mate arrived, pushing his hand on his horn and joining in the abuse of a single female. They abused me when I challenged their appalling behaviour and took the piss out of my number plate being from qld. That how you treat tourists? I live here now and know which bottle shop I will never visit again . Arrogant, rude bullies. Your behaviour was disgusting and if I Was your boss you would not have a job tomorrow.
