I have seen Kaitlin & Emma for a series of DMK facials in the 6 months leading up to my wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. They really care about their clients and every step of the facial is so relaxing. The music is the perfect genre, volume, space is super clean and always fresh towelling/bedding. They take their time with every part of the facial and provide head, arm and foot massage during the entire process. It is the most divine and nourishing experience. Also staff are super knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much Heart of Beauty for providing such a wonderful, personalised service.

Came here last week and had some pigment and cherry angiomas removed by Katilyn and it was such a good experience! She was the absolute sweetest and so well informed!! I felt totally comfortable with her and knew I was in good hands. The pigment has already come up and they are already coming off. I'm super happy with my results so far. The clinic is super cute too and the pricing felt super fair. Highly recommend this place but even more so, recommend Katilyn.

Lauren & The Heart of Beauty team are wonderful, you are cared for & pampered from the moment you walk into the salon. The treatments are of an exceptionally high standard & are both relaxing & results-oriented. Products are thoughtfully recommended, though there is never any pressure to purchase, so refreshing! I am now using several products from The Heart of Beauty & in combination with treatments, my skin has improved out of sight. A warm & lovely team, I always feel great after a visit – highly recommend!

Lauren was very caring and generous, and the treatment was soothing and helped me to reset when I needed it. The clinic is bright and airy but not clinical, on the second floor for added privacy. Would highly recommend!
