Time wasters. Say they have stock over the phone but then tell you they don't when you get there but can order it in. Why not tell us that before we drive 45 minutes!

非常粗鲁的员工和老板，对自己营业时间一无所知，提供虚假信息，并拒绝接受质询。very rude an ignorant staff and owner, have no idea of their own business hour, send out text to me says welcome to pick order anyday between 11:00-17:00 but they actually shut during the pandemic. Call them back no answer and finally get through and the staff hand up on me. By the way the store are very disorganized.
One more thing to say FD UGG is not real Australia UGG
