paid Michael to do a call out to check my aircond compressor I knew it was broken as was checked by another tradesman a year ago but wanted the unit replaced , so Michael wanted to check it himself paid his call out fee , he came and verified its faulty . we agreed to replace unit ,Michael said he would get quotes on a unit , and every time I've sent messages trying to find out about a costing he hadn't got price been a few weeks waiting and trying to get the work done by a small business.
Being a small business owner myself I went with this company to give another small biz some work , but instead I wasted $160 on a call out fee for nothing , he's either got too much work and doesn't want to do the job if that's the case , don't take jobs and ask for call out fees of $160 and not actually try and see if you can get some quotes .
